Bel emplacement avec très belle vue de la terrasse.
Décoration un peu spartiate avec des éclairages peu avantageux.

The property is well furnished.
It's 10-15 mins downhill walk to Baveno train station.
Friendly neighbours/neighbourhood.
Good for a weekend getaway.
Unlimited WiFi from 12 am to 8 am. (From 8 am to 11.59 pm - 1 GB limit)
Sufficiently equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator. (deep pot, sauce pan, non-stick pan, oven)
It's a steep uphill to the property.
No toiletries provided/ No towels for change. (We stayed for a week in winter.)
The shower cubicle is small.
Paying extra 50 euros for gas/heating in winter. (Every 1 cubic meter of gas used is 1.10 euros)
The cleaning fee is a bit steep at 52 euros with no toiletries provided or housekeeping through the stay.
