Quiet place on the hill in Baveno, beautiful view, comfortable stay.

The biggest advantage of this apartment is beautiful view of the lake and two Borromee Islands. Apartment is very comfortable equipped, you have all what you need for calm rest during vacation. Household appliances are almost brand new. Apartment is situated on the hill, at peaceful place, on the edge of the forest, with nice garden plants around. It is about 15 minutes walking down the hill to the centre of Baveno, however, the passage is very steep, without pavement, what could be big challenge for seniors and children when walking up. Free parking with nominated place for your car is also very comfortable. Perfect contact with the operator is noticeable. We can recommend this apartment.

Only one disadvantage during our stay was damaged-leaking the shower bath. We also experienced faulty alarm of the smoke detector, luckily during day time. Wi-Fi is not provided

De inrichting van het appartement is perfect en het uitzicht is prachtig maar is slecht te bereiken

De complete inrichting van het appartement in combinatie met het fantastische uitzicht vanaf het balkon.

De bereikbaarheid van het complex. Steile helling is een echte kuitenbijter en de auto trekt het maar moeilijk. Mensen die slecht ter been zijn kunnen dit complex beter niet boeken. De afspraak met degene die de ontvangst/vertrek doet is moeilijk te maken en als je pech onderweg hebt met files kan het zomaar zijn dat hij niet meer op de afgesproken tijd aanwezig is want hij heeft nog tig andere locaties onder beheer in de regio. Puntje van zorg. Bij de boeking staat dat er wifi was maar dat bleek niet het geval.!! Aanpassen zou ik zeggen.

Stupendo lago maggiore

La vista dal terrazzo su Baveno , sul lago e le tre isole fantastico, Enrico che ci a ricevuto è stato super, ci a dato tantissime informazioni per passare una bellissima vacanza e ci a suggerito degli ottimi ristoranti ove mangiare sia una cucina rustica che una cucina stellata, l'appartamento è comodissimo anche per 4 persone ( noi siamo stati in 2, io e mia moglie), con tutti i confort. Posto auto sia all'aperto che coperto.

Unico problema che abbiamo avuto, e che Enrico ci aveva avvisato è stata la doccia , lo scarico otturato, ci a dato un grosso problema, quando facevamo la doccia si allagava il bagno fino al corridoio, e eravamo costretti ad asciugare a lungo, un vero disagio, consiglio prima che arrivano nuovi clienti di risolvere il problema.

Die Aussicht ist perfekt. Wie auf den Bildern. Der Balkon bietet ausreichend Platz.

Wie in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, war die Dusche noch immer undicht. Nach jedem duschen musste mit einem Putztuch, das kaum noch Fäden hat, das Bad trocken gewischt werden. WLAN, auch gegen Gebühr, gab es nicht. Der Handyempfang ist schlecht. In den Wohnungen im EG gibt es drei Hunde die sich gerne mitteilen. Für einen der Bellen nicht mag, kann das nervig sein.

Desillusion

Het uitzicht.

De badkamer én de keuken! Een douche die zelfs na 1 douche beurt overloopt ,is die naam niet waard! Geen enkel plaatsje in de badkamer waar je een toilettas kan zetten! Wel stond er een schoenenkast in de badkamer! We hadden zelfs geen plaats om onze elektrische tandenborstels te plaatsen! Bij de uitrusting van de keuken stond dat er een vaatwasmachine aanwezig was ,well forget that! In dat machientje met de grootte van een airfryer konden 2 tassen en 4 dessertborden! Hun grote borden konden er zelfs niet in geplaatst worden. Voor de poetsvrouw heel veel complimenten! Ontzettend proper! Je betaald bijna 900€ voor een week ,enkel voor een graaf uitzicht! Wij zijn 2 dagen te vroeg vertrokken ,omdat we zin hadden in een fijne douche!

Il manque peut être le Wifi car le réseau 4g n’est pas top donc plus compliqué pour préparer les activités des jours suivants. La douche était un peu petite
