Great Location

The location of this accommodation is perfect. Just a 5-10 minute walk through the cobbled alleyways to the Lake, bars and restaurants. Parking area - always space, right in front of accommodation and property is private behind a wall and accessed through a gate. Good facilities. We were in the casina (small house) at the side of the main property.

Awesome location

The hostess Belinda was very welcoming and helpful, offered us valuable information and cpnstantly made sure we have everything we need. The house is furnished in a very beautiful antique fashion and the location right near Baveno city center is awesome.

The facilities are slightly old although totaly usable. The adress will lead you to the wrong location so make sure to talk with the hostess in advance.

Perfect

Amazing apartment with 3 beds, tv, wifi and a great bathroom and big modern kitchen. The terrace has a big table and the garden of the Villa Edvina is enormous. We could park our car directly in front of the house. The host, Belinda, is very friendly and she will always help you out. The location is great as you walk about two minutes to the city center or train station and about ten minutes to the public beach and a big supermarket.

The wifi is sometimes struggling in the bedroom, but in the living room it was always great.

Charming and helpful owner. Beautiful old villa in green and peaceful location near train station and lake, lovely bakery 5 mins walk. Dont expect mod cons but we loved the old world atmosphere.

Exceptional

The host was lovely and the place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful old villa less than a 5 minute walk from the city center. Belinda was the best host and she had good tips and always available for questions or a nice chat. Would definitely stay here again. The pictures dont do the place justice, the antique furniture was beautiful and with the large garden a nice oasis in the middle of the city.

Das Anwesen insgesamt war sehr ansprechend, auch die vorzufindende Ruhe und die Möglichkeit, das Auto direkt vor Ort abstellen zu können.

Das immer wieder Abfordern müssen bezüglich dem Internet-Zugang. Dieser stand wiederholt nicht zur Verfügung. Und das weder Radio- noch Fernsehempfang nicht möglich war - hier hätte vor unserer Ankunft bereits die fehlende Funktionsfähigkeit auffallen müssen. Wenn beide Schlafbereiche genutzt werden, stehen nur Holzstühle als Sitzgelegenheit zur Verfügung - dies ist auf Dauer unbequem.

Authentieke locatie met perfecte ligging.

Op een perfecte locatie, op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig hebt. Privé parkeerplaats, mooi en oud huis dito ingericht. Dit heeft zijn charmes alleen moet je wel goed beseffen dat het geen luxe is. Bed was heerlijk. Als je hier van houdt is dit zeker een aanrader.

Veel muggen in het huis, gehorig. Gelukkig was er een ventilator waardoor we toch mugloos konden slapen.

L’alloggio non si trova nella villa ma in un appartamento adiacente che si raggiunge tramite una scaletta esterna, la “casina”. Arredamento molto spartano. Serratura della porta d’ingresso difettosa, difficile da aprire e chiudere, e anche una volta chiusa la porta non è ermetica. Inoltre la porta è in vetro quindi chi parcheggia l’auto sotto vede dentro l’appartamento. Consiglio l’acquisto delle pellicole che rendono i vetri a specchio per ovviare al problema senza grandi spese. Mancanza di zanzariere che sarebbero necessarie dato che l’alloggio è circondato da vegetazione. Piccolezze già comunicate alla signora: L’indirizzo elencato su Booking non è corretto. La tv si accede ogni notte alle 24:00, va disattivato il timer.

Sehr große Ferienwohnung mit Balkon, gut ausgestatteter Küche, Stellplatz vor dem Haus, schöner und ruhiger Garten, zentrale Lage zum Dorfkern, von den Schlafzimmern aus Blick auf den See, nur kurzer Weg zur Schiffsanlegestelle und zur Strandpromenade

Discomusic am Samstag Abend von aussen deutlich vernehmbar, kein Toaster (der kleine nahe gelegene Supermarkt öffnet erst um 10 Uhr), Leitungen und Bad altersentsprechend
