Very nice

The accommodation was in a beautiful, quiet location with parking. It was very well equipped – grill, washing machine, swimming pool, and bikes for rent, including one with a child seat. We really enjoyed the whole stay. The city center is a bit far on foot, but you can drive to a free parking lot, or use the mentioned bikes.

We stayed in a room with a family right above us, and unfortunately the footsteps were very loud… Normally it wouldn’t bother us, but it kept waking up our baby.

Absolutely stunning location and accomodation. Very quite neighborhood, Sebastiano was very helpful with everything. Apartment was clean and very specious. We will definitely come again

STYLISH PERFECTION

A PERFECTION A-Z, the place has an unique "genius loci", and reminds me of vintage movies, including Fellini's Amarcord. If you think your home is a well cleaned, then go to Sesta Presa to adjust your standards! :-) There were none of the spots on the windows, sofa, kitchen or in the bathroom. Everything even smells like 5stars hotels. Kitchen is equipped to another level of perfection, all you might need, and even more, including stuff for cleaning. Comfortable bed in the master bedroom, nice, freshly smelling towels. The owner conveys outstanding professionalism, yet is friendly, puts a great emphasis on sustainability. All of the relevant information both on the accommodation, equipment or even more, can be found in the written, well structured, extensive "guide" available in the apartment. A lovely welcome bonus and surprise - a bottle of water and prosecco in the fridge, highly appreciated! :-)

I believe the bathroom might need an upgrade in the future, but it is a more subjective preference, and again, everything is functioning well, and hygiene is on top.

Amazing peaceful location Bikes available, just 15 minutes ride to Caorle Cozy room and bathroom Clean apartment Privacy We got very useful advice how to easily get to Venice by train for a good price

Booking app doesn’t show the fee for cleaning in the first searching, we were surprised to be charged on spot 30 €!extra fee. Later on we found this information in the app, but still, written with small letters under the main price.

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr gut. Fahrräder waren genug da, um an den Strand zu radeln.

Se dovessi tornare a Caorle sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura.

Struttura ordinata e pulita, in aperta campagna, con ampio giardino e piscina. Sotto al porticato vi sono dei tavoli ove è possibile pranzare o fare colazione. Struttura ideale per chi viaggia con il proprio cane. Gli animali sono bene accolti e possono giocare nel giardino. Molto gentile e disponibile la Signora che ci ha accolto, fornendoci inoltre preziose indicazioni su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.
