the location is very good, the walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes, a bit further to the center of Caorle with all restaurants and shops. There is also a park nearby where you can go out and run. right next to the building there is a shop stocked with everything you need. the apartment is very clean, bright and well equipped (e.g. bicycles).

Exceptional

Apartman no. 2. was an ideal place for us on a holiday with a dog. Ground floor, backyard garden with lawn, fenced forecourt from where our dog could watch other dogs passing by on the nearby walkway. Next door supermarket is comfy, but not disturbing. Easy walk to the nearest beach where 2 sunbeds are reserved. The dog beach is in another 6-8 minutes walking distance along the shore, it is well maintained, the shallow water in low tide and the large open spaces on the sand banks are ideal for people and dogs to play, splash and swim.

Large, clean, well furnished. Sheltered parking place, terrace for breakfast and evening relax. Near supermarket and children playground, bikes for free. No hidden deposits or payments.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir kommen aufgrund der Nähe zu München oft nach Caorle und das war bisher unsere schönste Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war super modern und sehr sauber! Wir hatten die EG Wohnung, mit einer riesigen Terrasse (kl. Garten), mit allem drum und Dran. Es gibt einen Gemeinschafts-Whirlpool. Das Badezimmer ist riesig. Alle Fenster haben Mückennetze. Der Supermarkt ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt und der Strand ca. 10 Gehminuten. Ins Zentrum braucht man gute 10-12 min. Im Preis inbegriffen waren 2 Strandliegen und ein Schirm.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

Perfektne

Ubytovanie perfektne, čisté a plne zariadené vsetkym čo človek na dovolenke potrebuje. Obchod asi 50m od ubytovania, lunapark na blízku ale vôbec ho nebolo počuť. Veľké plus boli bicykle na požičanie a vyrivka na dvore. Veľká terasa s ležadlami a jedálenským stolom. Pláž bola cca 500m ale bola to príjemná prechádzka

Schöne, moderne FeWo

Chiara war super nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns bei Ankunft eine persönliche Einweisung gegeben und alle unsere Fragen jederzeit beantwortet. Die Ferienwohnung selber war sehr schön, sauber und modern, und wirklich an allen Fenstern waren Mückennetze, so dass man die Fenster problemlos abends oder über Nacht offen lassen konnte. Total super fanden wir auch, dass man sich jederzeit Fahrräder nehmen konnte (es waren immer genügende da), damit hat es nur drei Minuten zum Strand oder sieben Minuten in die Altstadt gedauert. Und der Whirlpool im Garten war auch echt toll!

Das einzige, was uns an der Lage nicht so gut gefallen hat, war, dass es abends bzw. nachts für unseren Geschmack etwas zu laut war. Die "Strada Traghete" war mehr befahren als erwartet. Und eines unserer Schlafzimmer ging Richtung Supermarkt: Von dort hat es jeden Morgen zwischen 5 und 7 Uhr sehr laut gescheppert, wenn die neuen Waren angeliefert wurden. Da wir immer mit offenem Fenster schlafen, bin ich jeden Morgen davon geweckt worden ... mit Ohrstöpseln konnte ich zum Glück aber wieder einschlafen. Und natürlich ist ein gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt nebenan, in dem sogar frische Pizza gebacken wird, auch ein Standortvorteil. ;-)

Einmal Caorle… immer wieder Caorle

Sehr sauber , gute Lage, Schirm &Liegen im Preis dabei, Fahrräder in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.🤩🤩

Es war alles klasse es ist modern, es ist sauber, toller Balkon mit tollem Garten, und eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Da wir über 30 Grad am Tag hatten, dazu zwei Kinder und ein Hund war das natürlich perfekt. Zudem gibt es vier Fahrräder und der Weg zum Strand, 800 m, sind dann Ruckzuck erledigt. Zudem ist ein großer Supermarkt, direkt daneben, den man aber nicht hört. Ein Park für Hunde ist auch daneben, ein großer Wasserpark auch. Nichts desto trotz ist es abends und nachts leise und man kann sehr gut schlafen.
