Neglected property, misleading listing — avoid at all costs.

Filthy, broken, and nothing like the ad. Dust, hair, rust, mold, chipped glasses, broken furniture, incomplete kitchen equipment, and appliances in questionable condition. Cracked outdoor table, uncut grass, and dog mess in the garden. No hot water on arrival, and the agency first tried to blame me before sending technicians. Replacements for broken items didn’t even match. Rude, dismissive representative with zero customer care skills.

Nel complesso non male e ottima la posizione a due passi dalla spaiggia.

Struttura molto carina e accogliente, abbiamo soggiornato in appartamento a piano terra con possibilità di mangiare all’aperto. Alloggio piccolo ma per essere casa vacanza va bene.

Unica pecca è la pulizia; mobili sporchi e unti, polvere e ragnatele ovunque. Bisognerebbe fare più manutenzione, divano letto molto scomodo, zanzariere rotte, doccia frigo e piano cottura arrugginiti.

Deludente. Odore di chiuso e poca cura nei dettagli

Il parcheggio

Ho soggiornato in un appartamento del residence le Piramidi a Caorle per 3 notti, prenotato tramite un'agenzia, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente fin dall’inizio. Appena entrati, siamo stati accolti da un forte odore di chiuso e di umido. Tutti i mobili della cucina emanavano un odore sgradevole di vecchio e muffa, rendendo spiacevole anche solo riporre gli oggetti.I muri in alcuni punti erano scrostati, e il frigorifero era stato verniciato male, con colature evidenti e zone in cui la vernice si staccava. Il kit di benvenuto consisteva in una spugna, due stracci, dei fiammiferi e una pastiglia per la lavastoviglie... peccato che la lavastoviglie non ci fosse proprio.Il divano letto non era matrimoniale, ma aveva un letto estraibile a cassetto, quindi diventava solo due letti singoli separati. L’imbottitura del divano puzzava di umido e polvere, cosa particolarmente fastidiosa per chi soffre di allergie (come nel nostro caso).Le zanzariere erano rotte in più punti: un intervento minimo – anche solo con delle toppe economiche – avrebbe evitato l’ingresso di insetti, considerando che davanti c’era una siepe e un piccolo giardino.Unico punto a favore: il parcheggio privato interno, comodo e sicuro.Per il resto, non tornerei e non lo consiglio, soprattutto a chi ha sensibilità agli odori o allergie. Pur non essendo evidentemente sporco, quello che più mi ha infastidito è stata la mancanza totale di cura nei dettagli e la scarsa corrispondenza con l’annuncio.

Bello ma non bellissimo.

Posizione tranquilla. Terrazza grande.

Mancanza completa di detersivi,pezze,sapone ecc in bagno e in cucina. Divano letto pericoloso in quanto mentre era chiuso ci siamo seduti restando leggermente sul bordo e io e mio figlio siamo caduti sul pavimento. Il divano infatti si è rovesciato e poi ci è caduto addosso. Probabilmente troppo leggero, sicuramente da cambiare!

No agenzia Cocal, poi Caorle è piena di alloggi meravigliosi

La posizione è a pochi minuti dal centro di Caorle, spiaggi di levante. Parcheggio gratuito.

La poca garbatezza dell'agenzia Cocal nel seguire il cliente. Riconfermato oltretutto da altri ospiti non della stessa struttura ma di altri alloggi che si sono affidati alla stessa agenzia immobiliare. Forse per il breve preavviso nella conferma del soggiorno, ci siamo imbattuti con l'idraulico che aveva l'incarico di sistemare una tubazione della cucina (che a dirla tutta a noi non serviva proprio, dovendo ripartire il mattino seguente) proprio nel mentre noi eravamo arrivati all'alloggio. Per cui quasi un'ora persa in attesa di poter avere la ns privacy. Poi risolta, mandando via il povero idraulico. Io non so se chi è poi in agenzia, ogni tanto dia un occhio agli alloggi: il ns purtroppo era mal ridotto, sporco ovunque, pure con escrementi di cani nel giardino antistante il ns spazio. La doccia era mal ridotta con ruggine sui bordi, l'ingresso per poter entrare e uscire con il divano letto aperto, era un salto a ostacoli, senza poterlo spostare oltre perchè altrimenti non entravi poi nell'altra stanza.

Complessivamente una buona soluzione

Zona tranquilla. Zanzariere alle finestre. Climatizzatore di marca e disposto intelligentemente (aria non direzionata direttamente sui letti). Parcheggio privato.

Lenzuola e asciugamani non compresi nel prezzo che abbiamo dovuto prendere direttamente in agenzia e portarci a mano nell'appartamento. Materassi non molto confortevoli. Asciugacapelli non funzionante. Mancanza di coperta supplementare. Indisponibilità ad avere cuscino supplementare.
