The place was fine, just second line from sea beach. 300m to sea edge from house only. Warm water all the time. Paid cleaning service, no need to find where waste should be placed.
Not enough parking places at house. No Wi-fi. Just 4 cups for tea for possibly 6 people (6 beds). Air conditioner placed at corridor instead of bedroom, so high temperature in the room.

…. Wir reisten an einem Sonntag an . Die Dusch Halterung war defekt . Trotz dem dass Sonntag war , wurde jemand vorbei geschickt der eine neue Halterung mit Dusch Schlauch und Brause ersetzte 👍
Auch wurde ein falsch mitgegebenes Leintuch ( denn man bezahlt dafür und Handtücher , extra ) sofort vorbeigebracht . Musste es am Gartentor abholen 🤷♀️

Die Ausstattung ist alt und abgenutzt, wie vom Sperrmüll eingesammelt.
Der Geruch im Appartement ist schrecklich.
Die Oberflächen sind klebrig und schlecht gereinigt. Die Betten sind alt und wacklig und die Matratzen total durchgelegen.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man extra bezahlen.
Sitzkissen etc. sind alt und verschlissen.
Der Preis ist sehr hoch für den schlechten Zustand der Unterkunft.

Casa sporca!!!capelli nelle docce.A terra sotto i letto,c era di tutto.pavimento non pulito .Ho trovato anche una "puzzolana morta"dentro l'armadio.
L'acqua del doccino per fare la doccia non usciva il mio compagno idraulico l ha smontato e non vi dico il calcare.
La signora del piano di sotto(bionda)che veniva a stendere i suoi panni nei fili che avevamo davanti all'ingresso del nostro appartamento,quando lei aveva lo spazio per appendere i panni di sotto.

Décevant malgré la proximité de la plage
Le seul point positif de cet établissement est sa situation géographique : il est vraiment à 50 mètres de la plage, ce qui est très agréable.
En revanche, plusieurs points négatifs :
• Sur Booking, il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking, ce qui est faux. Aucune place n’est prévue, et cela pose un vrai problème quand on arrive en voiture.
• Autre mauvaise surprise : rien n’est indiqué sur Booking concernant les draps et serviettes. En réalité, ils ne sont pas fournis. On doit soit venir avec les siens, soit payer un supplément (8 € par personne pour les draps, 4 € par personne pour les serviettes). Résultat : en arrivant, on découvre des matelas nus sans rien, ce qui n’est vraiment pas normal pour ce type d’hébergement.
C’est dommage, car hormis ces points, le logement en lui-même est correct, mais ces manques d’informations donnent une impression trompeuse et gâchent un peu l’expérience.

Leider haben wir nicht genau das bekommen was wir dachten das wir bekommen. Auf den Bildern was ich buchte war ein anderes Apartment abgebildet. Naja war mal ein kleiner Schock… für 4 Personen und 2 Hunden war es viel zu klein!!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Villa Rita – mit kleinen Abzügen
Wir haben für unseren Kurzurlaub erneut ein Apartment über die Agenzia COCAL gebucht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend – nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand – besser geht es kaum. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist durchdacht und großzügig, ideal auch für Familien oder Gruppen.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit: Alles war sehr gepflegt, es gab keinerlei unangenehme Gerüche – im Gegenteil, alles roch angenehm frisch. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, ohne den typischen Schimmelgeruch, den man sonst manchmal in Apartments dieser Art findet. Die Matratzen waren von hoher Qualität – fest, stabil und keinesfalls durchgelegen. Auch das Badezimmer war modern und sauber, ebenso wie die neu renovierte Küche, die einen sehr guten Eindruck machte.
Für Wäsche gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen – entweder auf der Terrasse oder an den Leinen vor dem Haus.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Parkplatzsituation. Zwar wurde auf Booking ein Parkplatz beim Apartment angegeben, dieser war jedoch nicht vorhanden. In der Nebensaison ist das Gratisparken in der Straße noch gut möglich, aber in der Hochsaison könnte das durchaus zum Problem werden. Hier hat die Agenzia meines Wissens nach kostenpflichtige Parkkarten.
Weitere kleinere Kritikpunkte: Bei sechs Personen wäre ein Geschirrspüler wünschenswert gewesen, und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war – wie oft in Italien – eher niedrig und gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wer auf Sauberkeit, gute Ausstattung, angenehmes Raumklima und eine Top-Lage Wert legt, ist hier richtig. Die kleineren Mängel trüben das Gesamtbild keinesfalls.

Die Parksituation ist eine Herausforderung.
Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr mangelhaft, Kästen wackeln gefährlich, Betten instabil, laut und alt- absolut indiskutabel. Gebäude sehr hellhörig, bellende Hunde nebenan, Tag und Nacht.
Boden war beim Ankommen bereits sandig- ergo nicht sauber vorgefunden.
2 Klimaanlagen wovon nur eine funktioniert bzw kühlt.
Kein Wlan ist heutzutage eigentlich lächerlich. Preisangabe zur Strandgebühr wäre im
Vorhinein nett gewesen.
