As our last minute option - fine

The location is good. Also you’ll have everything in the kitchen that is needed for cooking. The best thing here is free parking slot for your car!

There are quite a few things that we didn't like: - no instructions of check-in were shared. The reception happened to be in different building, and we didn't know how to find it, nobody answered the phone. If we wouldn't find the staff member from the building were we stayed I don't know how we complete check in. - when we arrived to the apartment, it smelled strong with cleaning agents, like chlorine or something. It smelled like this all days even with open windows. - the bathroom has a rusty nail as a door handle to open and close shower cabin. - also be ready to bring your own bed linen and towels for shower.

Ok, but experience could be easily improved

Very well positioned, good parking, decently equipped. The balcony was very nice. The pool was also ok.

No chance of using the Wifi on premises. Connection very poor, only from the balcony you could get a decent signal. A few things in the apartment were broken, but could still be used Bathroom sink evacuation not clean at all You don't get any sheets and towels, if not for an extra charge (4 persons = 32 €) The beds looked like plastic toys

Fair, low budget stay.

The stay was very well located, close to the beach (in 3-4 minutes to reach) as well as very close to a nice bakery (baba!) /pizzeria/ and super market. The pool was nice and clean. Parking was close. Washing machine worked. The size of the apartment was very well!

Unfortunately, the room was not very clean: the floor was VERY dusty and the fridge as well as the storage in the bathroom were barely cleaned at all. The kitchen was not too much equipped but one could figure out.

Wifi works only close to the swimmingpool which is closed at 7:30 PM and during siesta too. So there od no internet in the hotel rooms- very unusual:/, rest is ok.

It was spacious, clean, close to the beach and the town center. The kitchen had utensils, pots and pans, the air con was a lifesaver

The bathroom was too small for a 3 bedroom apartment. I wish the sheets, towels and toilet paper were provided by the property

Caorle is a beautiful town loved it

The television was inadequate. No oven. Bed uncomfortable. Lots of little things that add up. Did not enjoy , would not recommend , would certainly never book again.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit toller Lage, ideal für Strandurlauber.

Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was sehr praktisch ist. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es in der Nähe einen kostenlosen Strand gibt, der uns sogar besser gefallen hat als die kostenpflichtigen. Dort konnte man direkt am Wasser liegen und den Tag genießen. Beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, die Dame an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit 7 Personen und zwei Autos angereist – normalerweise gibt es pro Buchung nur einen Parkplatz, uns wurde jedoch ohne Probleme ein zweiter zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Küche war in Ordnung und ausreichend ausgestattet, es gab genug Geschirr für bis zu 8 Personen. Etwas schade war, dass keine Bettwäsche vorhanden war – man muss diese entweder von zu Hause mitbringen oder gegen Aufpreis dazu buchen.

Weniger positiv war, dass die Sofas im Wohnzimmer kaum nutzbar waren: sehr alt, verschlissen und nicht wirklich sauber. Im Schlafzimmern waren die Leiter für die Stockbetten sehr unsicher, sie war nur mit zwei Schrauben befestigt und hätte jederzeit brechen können – hier besteht akute Sturzgefahr. Außerdem gab es nur sehr wenig Toilettenpapier. Der Pool war zwar sauber, aber sehr flach und eher für kleine Kinder geeignet, nicht wirklich für Erwachsene.

Celkově ale ubytování čisté a mohu doporučit.

Krásné přímořské městečko, pobyt jsme si moc užili. Vynikající atmosféra.

Ne moc pohodlné postele. Rozkládací gauč v kuchyni, který měl jedno lůžko vysouvací a nebyl tak v jedné úrovni s pevným lůžkem. V ložnici byly příliš tvrdé matrace.

è la prima volta che ci capita di dover pagare per la lenzuola, il mare vicino sporchissimo

la cucina e gli utensili, i due bagni privati, il lunapark sotto, i parcheggi sotto

comunicazione scarsa tramite booking, ci mettono tanto a rispondere e non ti rispondono la domanda, numero di telefono introvabile, la maniglia della porta in camera staccata, il divano che si stacca. Bisogna pagare 15€ a persona per avere la lenzuola e gli asciugamani, in bagno non c’è neanche un tappeto, la spiaggia lontana e mare sporchissimo. La piscina chiude per pranzo e riapre alle 15:30 poi chiude presto alle 19:30, insomma fa solo gli orari d’ufficio.

Ottima posizione

La vicinanza della struttura al centro e alla spiaggia. Confortevole la piscina. Comodo il posto auto assegnato ad ogni appartamento.

La pulizia dei locali non era soddisfacente. I letti scomodi e il balcone non utilizzabile per la presenza fissa di piccioni. Le stoviglie presenti molto scarse. La struttura si trova di fronte al Luna Park pertanto i rumori potrebbe disturbare.

Nettes Appartment, nicht weit vom Meer und vom Lunapark. Guter Pool mit Babybecken (für kleine Kinder).

Leider wird der gesamte Innenhof samt Pool von 12.30 bis 15 Uhr versperrt, dann ist weder Schwimmen und auch nicht mal Sonnenbaden auf den Liegen möglich. Es bleibt nur der traurige Blick vom heißen Balkon aufs kühle Nass! Sehr schade!!!

La posizione,il parcheggio privato e l'acquisto dell'ombrellone con due lettini ad un prezzo vantaggioso rispetto ad acquistarlo direttamente in spiaggia.

Appartamento poco fornito (c'erano solo un microonde anche vecchio, una lavatrice, una TV, oltre a qualche pentola/4piatti per tipo/4bicchieri/4tazze/posate) e poco pulito, tant'è che abbiamo dovuto pulirlo all'arrivo, comprese le stoviglie che etano tutte sporche.

Super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, tolle Lage

Sehr gute Lage, eigener Parkplatz mit Schranke, schöner Pool, alles sauber und die Klimaanlage ist richtig clever im Zwischengang montiert, sodass man sie auch in der Nacht laufen lassen kann ohne sich zu verkühlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral. Auch sehr sauber. Der Strand war auch sehr sauber und super kinderfreundlich.

Das Geschirr der Küche könnte ersetzt werden. Die Kochtöpfe waren seeeehr angekrazt und demensprechend krebserregend.

für 3 Nächte okay

Die Lage war gut, auch wenn wir ein gutes Stück (15-20 Minuten) zum Hundestrand gehen mussten. Ohne Hund ist man in nicht mal 5 Minuten am Strand. In die andere Richtung gibt es einen sehr ruhigen Park (5-10 Minuten) in dem sich auch eine Hundezone mit Geräten befindet. Gleich gegenüber liegt ein großer Supermarkt. In die Altstadt waren es nur 5-10 Minuten. Für jedes Appartment gab es einen zugewisenen Parkplatz. Wir hatten ein wenig Grünfäche (2-3m²), was mit Hund von Vorteil war. Das Schlafzimmer war durch zwei Türen vom Wohnbereich getrennt, wodurch der Lärm des Ganges nicht zu hören war.

Uns wurde bereits bei der Schlüsselübergabe gesagt, dass wir mit Glück zumindest Wlan im Poolbereich hätten.... wir hatten kein Glück. Die Möbel sind alt und teilweise sehr abgenütz. Das vorhandene Geschirr wirkte ebenfalls nicht sonderlich ansprechend. Die Betten waren nicht bequem und für Bettwäsche muss man einen Aufpreis bezahlen. Durch die Fenstern hört man die Straße teilweise sehr deutlich. Genauso wie die Aktivitäten am Pool. Die tiefe des Pools beschränkt sich auf ungefähr 1,1m-1,20m. Es gibt auch Öffnungszeiten für den Pool 9-12:30 und 15-19. Durch diese Öffungszeiten war der Pool bei uns durchgehend von Kindern in beschlag genommen (31 Mai-3 Juni)

La struttura è ben tenuta, la piscina in manutenzione ma visto il periodo è comprensibile.

Purtroppo i molti stranieri erano molto rumorosi soprattutto sulle scale e zone comuni. La zona non è costantemente ben coperta dali segnali telefonici magari mettere a disposizione dell'appartamento il wifi.

Soggiorno piacevole di inizio stagione.

Posizione ottima, zona silenziosa, appartamento confortevole. Ritiro chiavi in orario di ufficio veloce ed efficiente. Prenotazione tramite booking veloce e rapida risposta della agenzia. Tutto perfetto.

Letti un poco scomodi (penso per materasso di bassa qualità). Forse poco pulito al nostro arrivo:abbiamo trovato polvere sulle superfici. Essendo probabilmente i primi ospiti del'a stagione 2025 non era stato preparato alla perfezione. È stato comunque un soggiorno piacevole.

Struttura ben tenuta e organizzata

La pulizia non era proprio al top. I materassi e cuscini sono di scarsissima qualità, ti svegli con la schiena e collo rotto. Lenzuola di carta usa e getta. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone e c’erano solo due coperte. Mancanza di Internet.
