Schlecht gewartete Ferienwohnung in super Lage, aber mit überzogenem Preis.

Die Leute in der Agentur Cocal waren sehr nett und haben bei Problemen sehr schnell geholfen. Wir hatten beispielsweise eines mit der Waschmaschine, die sich nicht mehr öffnen lies. Die Wohnung hat eine exzellente Lage, praktisch in zweiter Reihe zum Strand und direkt an der sehr belebten Touristenstraße.

Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus wird sehr schlecht gereinigt. Der Flur wurde wahrscheinlich schon wochenlang nicht mehr gereinigt. Bei dem dunklen Sandstrand eigentlich unverständlich. (Kostet aber natürlich Geld...) Es lagen aber auch z.B. viele Staubflusen rum. Unsere Küche war ebenfalls schlecht gereinigt. Die Küchenfronten waren sehr fettig bzw. speckig mit Fingerabdrücken usw. (Haben wir dann selbst gereinigt, da uns das zu ekelig war.) Die Ausstattung ist sehr knapp bemessen. (Tassen, Messer, usw.) Eine normale Kaffeemaschine, eine Spülmaschine oder einen Wasserkocher sucht man vergebens. In der offenen zweiten Etage gibt es nur ein mobiles Klimagerät, wo man den Abluftschlau bei geöffneter Tür nach außen legen muss. Weiterhin ist der bauliche Zustand schlecht bzw. die Wohnung ist schlecht gewartet. Viele Dinge sind schon etwas älter... So hält der Fliesenspiegel in der Küche nur noch, weil der Einbauschrank vom Kühlschrank dagegen lehnt. Bei unserer Ankunft war z.B. die Duschstange, wo man die Duschbrause einhängt, völlig durchgerostet. (Dies wurde allerdings ohne unsere Anzeige repariert.) Hier hätte man uns aber auch informieren können, dass Fremde Leute während unserer Abwesenheit in der Wohnung sind. Das hatte einen faden Beigeschmack... Weiterhin sind die Parkplätze eine Zumutung!!! Mit z.B. unserem Passat sind es nur ganz wenige Zentimeter, die darüber entscheiden, ob man seinen Wagen beschädigt. Mit einem größeren Wagen eigentlich nicht befahrbar. Insgesamt für über 1500€ pro Woche viel zu teuer.

La posizione, l’appartamento è carino ma poco manutentato

L’appartamento è carino e vicino al mare la posizione è ottima. Purtroppo è poco manutentato. Il bagno è carino ma lo scarico del gabinetto era intasato anche quello del lavandino. In cucina ci sono poche cose. Bisogna portarsi via tutto!!! Oltre a questo dovevamo andare via per le 10.00 del mattino sono venuti alle 8.00 a suonarci il campanello!!! Sono poco seguiti.
