Poloha. Blízko starého centra a priamo na novej promenáde. Pláž na dohľad úplne pod nosom. Bez nutnosti hýbať s autom. Novo zrekonštruovaná budova, vnútorné zariadenie neopotrebované.
Apartmán max. pre štyri osoby mal vnútri nezmyselne veľký stôl, ktorý zavadzal. Chýbajúce drobné detaily, ako napr. vešiačiky na dverách, prípadne chodbe, atď.

Die Lage war gut.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht so gut, unter dem Bett war sehr viel Staub und eine Plastiktüte .
Die Schlafcouch hat so gekracht wenn sich unsere Tochter umgedreht hat in der Nacht das wir immer munter geworden sind. Das Mülltrennen ist sehr kompliziert, weil keine Tonnen da sind alles mit Sackerl und vor das Haus stellen .....sehr komisch

L appartamento situato a 100 metri dal mare e di fronte alla strada che la sera diventa pedonale. Comodo a qualsiasi servizio, negozio, ristorante.
Il bagno è l unica nota molto negativa della struttura (parlo per il mio appartamento) mal disposto e con una doccia senza piatto e con pareti pieghevoli che non trattenevano l acqua. Conclusione:ad ogni doccia il bagno si allagava, diventava pericoloso anche per me che avevo un bambino piccolo e si passava un’ora ad asciugarlo.

Jó elhelyezkedés, nagy erkély.
A 8 évvel ezelőttihez képest romlott az állapota.
A fürdőszobai helyzet szinte lehetetlen, nincs zuhanytálca, így folyton áll a víz a padlón, ill. megáll a homok.
Nincs állótükör.
Nincs parkolóhely.
Sajnos a vártnál negatívabb a tapasztalatunk.
Minden évben Caorle az úticélunk, de a Stefania többet nem fog szerepelni a lehetséges szállások között.
