Great apartment with top-notch amenities, everything was there as promised, and a very friendly host who was always available. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the beach.

Modern, spacious and clean apartment

very nice and clean, spacious apartment. we were travelling with 2 families with kids off the main season ( mid November) and we felt comfortable here. There is a coffee machine, cooking station, washing machine.

there was a problem with slow draining in the shower, but the owner came and fixed it as soon as we informed him. we missed towel dryer or battery in the bathroom for towels to dry faster, but we understand usually it’s not a popular request in the summertime. since we came late autumn we couldn’t dry our towels in the sun, so it stayed wet.

The comforts of a hotel+an apartman combined 😎

We liked everything. But especially: The pool, the coffee, the big shower, the terraces, the beds, the location. Sunbeds at the beach. It was really the comforts of a hotel( pool, beds, towels, airconditioning, tv) combined with the privacy and comforts of an apartman( space, coffee, kitchen, big shower, quiet location). The owner was available when we needed something, communication was good. ( we didn’t expect so much mosquitoes outside in the evening! Especially kids need some insect repellent 😉. But I guess it’s normal because of the lagunes..)

beautiful well equipped appartment

It was great as our daughter from London was able to continue working from the appartment fulltime. She was also able to enjoy the location and with the hour difference have a run along the seafront & a breakfast in a local cafe before starting work.

The only thing that we feel was needed was a full length mirror to see what you looked like before stepping out in the evening I dont think my husband was too bothered though! The swimming pool opened on the day we were leaving it may have been good to have known it was not available.

nice spring stay in Caorle

The location is ideal...not in the heart of the main tourist area, but reachable within 5 minutes. Quit, spacy area. You can walk to the closest beach area in max 5-minute slow walk. The restaurants, most of them are also close, as well as the historic objectives (opposite to the direction to the beach) but also reachable in a, say, 10 minutes walk.

Very nice modern looking building, everything was clean,and ready for us. Beds very comfortable, big bathrooms, kitchen with everything we needed, beautiful view from our terraces, nice and quiet place near to the wonderful beach.

Perfect location and great for families.

Location was fantastic. Good for driving or walking most everywhere. Comfy beds! Host was very easy to talk to and incredibly helpful from settling in to suggestions around town. Great rooms for hanging out when it rained on us and so accommodating with baby crib and more. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again.

Smelled a little of dog when we got there but wasn't awful. Some things need a little repair/upkeep.

Great apartment, great location, dog (animal) friendly!

Apartment was great, spacious for 4 adults, 3 children and 3 dogs. Beds were comfortable, big terraces, it was clean. Everything was really good. The location was good too, just few minutes walking to the beach and 10 min walking to the center of town Caorle. Also nice park nearby for walking the dogs. Parking on the street (it si not a busy street and one at the parking space). In this time of the year there are not many tourist there so we enjoyed the empty beach and the sunny February days. Kids loved the beach and the playground on the beach.

Maybe just some late response from the owners and when we came nobody was there to greet us, the keys where in the door, so we let ourselves in. We would appreciate some info about the neighborhood, restaurants, markets,... But anyhow it is a small town so we found everything just by walking around.

modern and comfortable. good location to get to the beach. the terrace on the ground floor and the balcony on the 1st floor were both spacious. a big smart television with Netflix.

Easy trip to the beach

Location was perfect, able to walk to the beach easily and into town. Loved the upstairs bedroom with patio and sun roof. Most of all...the beds. Most places have the rock hard beds, this was pillow top. We wished we had stayed another night just for the bed. Parking was easy.

Struttura moderna e funzionale, doppia tv in sala e in camera, cassa Bose, arredate in modo essenziale ma gradevole, letti molto comodi, ottimo per una famiglia con due ragazzi. Possibilità di posteggiare nel cortiletto di proprietà.

Wunderschöner Kurzaufenthalt, der Lust auf mehr macht

Sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, tolle Kommunikation. Das Quartier ist sehr großzügig, schöne Einrichtung, alles vollständig. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb und man geht weiter bis ins Zentrum, aber das weiß man schon vorher. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig dort und angenehm, Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür

Soggiorno invernale. . . Posizione buona rispetto la spiaggia, zona residenziale tranquilla, vicinanza ai servizi, pizzerie e ristoranti, supermarket. Possibilità di usufruire di bici. Parcheggio privato all interno del cancello. Ambienti caldi e puliti, letti confortevoli. Non abbiamo usufruito della cucina avendo trascorso solo una notte, ma la stessa era dotata di tutto il necessario.

Mieszkanie w nowoczesnym stylu. Jasne wnętrze. Znakomicie wyposażone. Niczego nie brakuje. Byliśmy w połowie listopada a w mieszkaniu cieplutko. Każdy pokój ma niezależny klimatyzator. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Sam obiekt naprawdę godny polecenia. Cisza, spokój do morze ok. 10 min. spacerkiem podobnie na starówkę.
