The key handover and check-out process were very simple and well organized. Communication with the agency was on a high level – fast, clear and professional. The apartment was easy to find, and the location is excellent: very central and directly at the beach, so everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is modern, there is an elevator in the building, and all additional agreements were fully respected.

However, since we stayed in January and were traveling with children, the indoor temperature was set too low for our needs, which made the stay less comfortable. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the cleanliness. We had the strong impression that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. There were hair clumps in the drain, shaving hair left in the sink, and the floor throughout the entire apartment was full of hair and crumbs. Because of this, sadly, for us this was likely our last stay here.

Kakerlaken überall im Gebäude!! Laut Agentur ganz normal, da kein Sommerbetrieb ist!

Als wir ankamen hieß es das kein Parkplatz dabei wäre, obwohl ich extra dieses Apartment mit denn (kostenlosen) Parkplatz gebucht habe. Es hieß wir können in der blauen Zone parken. Nur das es da keinen mehr in der Umgebung gab, da der Weihnachtsmarkt war und man weder dort mit dem Auto hin fahren konnte noch einer in der Umgebung frei war. Da diese auch von den Standlern mit ihren Autos in der Nähe der Unterkunft benutz werden. Laut der Dame gibt es einen Parkplatz aber dieser ist nur für die 3 Zimmer Wohnung. (Die frei war) und kann von uns nicht benutzt werden. Wir hatten einen Kinderwagen ebenso mit. Also viel Gebäck. Kakerlaken waren bei der Ankunft gleich hinter der Haupteingangstüre und dann im Flur ebenerdig und in den anderen Stockwerken. Sowie in den Wohnungen! Auch die Nachbar Wohnung (hatte laut Mieter) Kakerlaken. Ich meldete es sofort und mit den gleichen Bildern. Die Dame der Agentur meinte, es ist normal weil es kein Sommerbetrieb ist. Mir ist aber die Gesundheit meines Babys aber sehr wichtig! Wir hatten in der Küche, im Bad und im Schlafzimmer auch Kakerlaken. Wir reisten nächsten Tag sofort ab. Wir gehen von nun an lieber in ein Hotel.

Super Unterkunft, mit leider schlechtem Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, und was erwartet man sich in einer Nächtigungsunterku

Top Lage, gute Ausstattung in den Allgemeinbereichen, zwei WC.

Im Elternschlafzimmer befindet sich eine Einrichtung und ein Bett (gefühlt ein Klappbett aus dem Kasten, total durchgelegen!) welche nicht zur restlichen Ausstattung und zum Komfort der Unterkunft passt, würde hier Geld in ein vernünftiges Bett investiert werden, wäre die Bewertung top.

Die Lage war top. Wunderschlne Aussicht auf das Meer

Bei der Ankunft war die Küche dreckig sowie alles ein wenig verstaubt. Auf dem WC hatte es nur eine WC Rolle. Es wurde uns nur ein Tuch, 10 ml Putzmittel zum Putzen gegen, sowie nur ein Tab für die Abwaschmaschine. . Keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Salz, Pfeffer.

Remek elhelyezkedés, jó kilátással.

Valójában minden szinte tökéletes. Kiváló elhelyezkedés, nagyon jó közösségi tér. Jó erkély, szép kilátás.

Utazási irodában kellett felvenni a kulcsokat és Ida is kellett volna visszavinni, viszont 3 autóval nem szívesen mentünk volna helyben még ezért. Parkolo 2 autónak volt biztosított úgy hogy 12 fővel érkeztünk. Továbbá a képeken szereplő felső terasz bútorozatlan volt, bár fel lehetett menni de nem lehetett leülni, napozó ágy pedig egyáltalán nem volt. Amúgy minden más rendben volt.

Lokalita pri pláži a priamo v centre, priestranné izby, 3x wc, čistota ubytovania. Aj keď to bolo v centre, tak hluk mesta sa neprenášal do izieb.

Chýbali poháre na víno a vchodové dvere do domu boli stále otvorené.

Nagyon jó helyen volt a szállás, azzal nagyon elégedett voltam.

A szállást egy gyönyörű tengerre néző terasszal hirdetik,de az nem az apartmanhoz tartozik.A terasz a többi lakóval közös és a negyedik emeleten található.Ottlétünkor végig le volt zárva biztonsági okokból.Ennek ellenére az apartmant továbbra is ezzel a képpel hirdetik.A szállásadó azt írta, hogy tartozik saját parkoló az ingatlanhoz, de ez sem volt igaz.A heti parkolási díjat fizette a szállásadó, de parkolóhelyet nekem kell keresni,(ami Caorlében nem egyszerű)Továbbá úgy gondolom egy mikrohullámú sütő az alapfelszereltség része lehetne,valamint a teraszra egy asztalt is elhelyezhettek volna.

Udobna nastanitev ob plaži

Lokacija je tik ob morju, stanovanje je moderno, prostorno, vsaka spalnica ima veliko zakonsko posteljo. Balkon gleda na mestno promenado. Kuhinja je imela vso potrebno opremo. V stavbi je dvigalo, klima je delala v vsakem prostoru.

En od razlogov, zakaj smo rezervirali ta apartma, je bila terasa s pogledom na morje, ki pa je bila v času našega bivanja zaklenjena. Ko smo kontaktirali agencijo, pri kateri smo prevzeli ključe, smo dobili odgovor, da je zaklenjena zaradi varnostnih razlogov.

Ottima posizione, spazi ampi

La posizione è ottima, l'appartamento è ampio e rinnovato/arredato di recente. Vicinanza alla spiaggia, lo stabilimento più vicino è a 2 minuti a piedi. Camere ampie e anche la disponibilità di 2 bagni (uno solo wc e lavandino) è molto comodo.

Qualche informazione andrebbe fornita ain maniera più chiara: l' Appartamento è dotato dello stretto necessario (non ci sono moltissime posate), carta igienica c'è giusto un rotolo, e non ci sono neanche i sacchetti di ricambio per il pattume. Per quanto riguarda la raccolta dei riufiuti la tabella che viene consegnata dall'agenzia non corrisponde ai bidoni che si trovano in appartamento, e questo genera un po' di confusione e rischio di errori. NON C'È PARCHEGGIO in struttura, l'auto si può lasciare in strada nei par heggi blu, dopo aver registrato il mezzo in agenzia.

Das Appartement war sauber aber hier gibt es noch Luft nach oben (Staubwollen unter den Betten, Sand in einigen Ecken und an den inneren Balkoneingängen). Auch der Gemeinschaftseingang zu den Appartments hätte während unseres Aufwenthalts mal einen Besen benötigt.
