The place is really close to the beach and in a very nice and new apartment house. All is new and kind of luxurious. From the terrace on the 4th floor where we were accommodated there was the best view on the see, still other roofs of the buildings were in the sight but for the building, this apartment has the best view. The amenities are great, there is a fully equipped luxury wellness in the basement of the building. Beds were comfortable and kitchen suitable for all our needs. The parking is not at the property but few hundred meters away, not more then 5 minutes walk.
The regime how to use the wellness was not yet at place and in general it was not accessible freely yet.
We managed to turn on the saunas and access the wellness area but it was not yet welcome by the building owner what I can anticipate but if you are looking to use the wellness, don't take it for granted, it is not available yet. The pool was accessible but again, no rules were really in place and once the door was closed and the entry to the pool was not possible. To call somebody in order to sort it out is not yet available as far there is no personnel to be regularly available to provide this kind of service. In the apartment I was missing toaster and tea kettle but we managed somehow, no problem, only take it into the consideration. What I found awkward was that you have to pay extra over the price in the booking for linen and towels. It is mentioned in the description of the apartment but if you oversee it it is extra 70€ plus to your booking price. And I wasn't able to find out how to manage by our self when the linen and towels are not ordered as far as the bed dimensions are not know and I personally find it as intransparent that this fee is not part of the price and also not in a regular service for the accomodation.

Nettes Haus, alles in Weiss gehalten, sehr hell, gute Einrichtung, in der Küche alles vorhanden, schöne Aussicht - jedenfalls von der Wohnung im 4..Stock mit Pool am Dach und einen Parkplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus
Die ersten Tage war das Haus gekühlt und duftete gut im Eingangsbereich, so wie es für ein Wellnesshaus gehört, die letzten Tage war es nur noch heiß. In meiner Wohnung funktionierte die Klimaanlage im Wohn- Essbereich nicht, wahrscheinlich da die Terrassentür durch den fehlenden Griff nicht zu ging - sollte repariert werden, aber es tauchte Niemand auf. Ich dachte ich gönne uns mal was Höherwertiges, aber es war schon etwas enttäuschend für den Preis. Weiters musste einen Aufpreis für Handtücher, Bettwäsche bezahlen, bzw. selber mitbringen. Leider war auch kein Strandplatz inbegriffen. Und noch weitere Kleinigkeiten was gestört bzw. nicht vorhanden waren - werde als Caorlefan wohl wieder auf mein "altes" Hotel/Wohnung zurück greifen.
