Apartment was big and clean. It has all (even more) equipments we need! Location is great, from the balcony you see directly to the beach. It's close to center. Owner is really friendly. We have a great stay! 😊

I was in Residence for the second time, because it is Very clean, nice accommodation with an excellent location right next to the beach and in the city center. I didn't miss anything and I will definitely come back in the future.

Perfect location directly by the beach with free parking

Location was amazing, had an elevator, super friendly host und free parking! underneath was a bakery, a bar and a small supermarket. An umbrella and 2 beachbeds (loungers) were also included

Liegt sehr gut, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Sehr ruhig. Antonella, die Hausfrau war extrem bemüht und bereit bei allen Anfragen. Immer zu erreichen, immer freundlich. Sehr angenehm und nett. Es war Oktober, also war auch die Heizung am Morgen ein Thema, hat sehr gut funktioniert, ebenso WLAN ohne Probleme. Sehr sauber! Im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Jalousie, falls die Fassadenbeleuchtung gegenüber eingeschalten ist.

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr hilfsbereite nette Gastgeberin Antonella.

Tolles Apartment mit sehr netten Vermieterin!

Zentral gelegene Neubau Apartment 50m von Strand entfernt. Die Vermieterin, Antonella, sehr gastfreundlich und regelt jeden Anliegen, man merkt, dass Ihr die Gäste wichtig sind. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, ausgestattet mit Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Waschmaschine, Kochutensilien ect. Geschirrtücher und Küchenrolle nehme ich immer selber mit, da es diese generell in Apartments nie vorhanden sind. Einzige Manko in Italien ist immer die Bettwäsche, was sehr dürftig ist. Wer ein wenig kuscheliger mag, den empfehle ich Bettdeckenüberzüge mitzunehmen, so können die vorhandenen Wohndecken überzogen werden. Alles in allem ist diese Apartment von Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis sehr zu empfehlen! Parkplatz ist im Preis inklusive was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist!

Super Unterkunft mit toller Lage

Die Lage ist perfekt, eine halbe Gehminute zum Strand. Wenige Gehminuten bis zur wunderschönen Altstadt. Mehrere Strandbars, Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin, Antonella, ist zuckersüß und sehr bemüht. Trotz Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns mit etwas Hilfe vom Google Übersetzer gut verständigen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt und sehr gerne wieder! ☺️👌🏼

Für 3 Personen (3 Zimmer Appartement), nur 2 Liegen am Strand. Kann man aber dazubuchen oder evtl bei der Vermieterin fragen ob man noch eine Bestätigung für weitere Liegen erhält. 😊
