With a bit more attention to cleanliness and comfort, this place could be truly excellent.

The apartment has a fantastic location – close to everything we needed – and the pool area was very clean and well maintained.

There were some issues that made our stay less comfortable. Not all of the bed linens were clean, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. The kitchen could have been cleaner and better equipped, which made cooking there a bit inconvenient.

Superb

The residence is great. Perfect location, great poolarea and the rooms have all you need. Nice balcony. The staff was helpful and friendly, Eddie and Mario was great. Just 5 minutes to the sea and own sunchairs was a bonus. 10 min walk to the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars around the area.

Convenient for families with kids

The residence is locate in a quiet part of Caorle in the proximity to sea and promenade. I like very much, the the residence has a lot of space around, greenery with high trees and a 25 m long outdoor pool, that is not typical for Italian summer locations, where one hotel is so close to another. The studio consisted of 2 bedrooms and a dining/kitchen area and 2 balconies, one was bigger equipped with table and chairs for 4 people. The furniture was a mixture of a rather older pieces and new ones, I cannot complain, it was okay and beds convenient to sleep. The kitchens has gas stove, electric kettle and a big fridge/freezer. There were dishes, cutlery etc for 6 people, few pots, and other basic utensils. I was missing a frying pan. There are small shops and 2 bakeries in a close proximity. Sunshade and 2beds on the beach were included in the price. Extra was the cost of parking of the car, 5€ per day, we have got parkingplace under the building, which was very convenient. In june the place was full of families with kids and elderly, so it was really quiet in the evening.

The air condition was too strong without any real regulation. Some electric bulbs were broken, some screws needed to screw so the shelf in the bathroom will not be loose, I tried to communicate it to the maintenance worked using a google translator, but probably he had other work to do and I did not want to bother more than needed.

very conveniently located 10 minutes walk to the beach; Sunbeds are included in price for accommodation; garden with swimming pool is beautiful and very useful especially if you have a kids;

apartment was not clean when we arrived equipment in appartment is kind of outdated and generally apartment need refurbishment

Die Wohnung ist alt abgewohnt Betten knochenhart . Bad ekelig stinkig . Die gesamte Wohnung ist eine Zumutung für das Geld eine Frechheit

Ci siamo riposati e divertiti ... una settimana è poco per conoscere tutto!

L'alloggio era comodo con gli spazi giusti x tutta la famiglia. Il bagno funzionale nonostante ci fosse la vasca. La piscina è splendida e sempre pulita. La posizione è comoda alla spiaggia e ai servizi che offre il paese.

Se posso dare un consiglio nella cameretta con i due letti singoli mettere un letto a castello in modo che chi come noi ha 3 figli riesce a non farli dormire in cucina sul divano!

Stare vybaveni a zmatena recepce, kde ani v oteviraci dobu nebyvaji. Budova nijak neoznacena, proste fakt velke rozcarovani zcela neodpovidajici cena.

Purtroppo non ci tornerei

La posizione

Insonorizzazione pari a zero, la mattina venivo svegliata dalle persone del piano di sopra che spostavano le sedie, ad ogni ora si sentiva chi passava nel corridoio, in bagno al mio arrivo ho trovato un rotolo finito di carta igienica nell’apposito porta carta, non c’era nulla per cucinare, niente forbici nemmeno una padella e la lavastoviglie non era funzionante ! Per un soggiorno di una settimana il frigo a disposizione era minuscolo e con il caldo non ci stavano nemmeno le bottiglie d’acqua . L’acqua calda della doccia finiva dopo 10 minuti lasciando il successivo a lavarsi con l’acqua fredda. Il parcheggio coperto un disastro per parcheggiare !

Vacanza Relax comodità e tranquillità

Posizione tranquilla e comunque abbastanza vicina al centro. Spiaggia nelle vicinanze compresa del servizio ombrellone e 2 lettini. Area verde ampia e ben tenuta con ottima manutenzione piscina ed area comune

Io ho alloggiato in un monocale della struttura l'unica pecca é che se ci fosse stata qualche pentolina o tegame in più non sarebbe stato male. Tutto il resto, piatti bicchieri tazze tazzine e posate, molto bene

Uwaga na karaluchy

Duży, przestronny apartament. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko morza. Ładnie wyglądający hotel. Czysty basen, miła obsługa hotelu.

W czasie pobytu na tarasie pojawiły sie karaluchy! To nie do zaakceptiwania. Zobaczyliśmy je w ustatnią noc pobytu ale zaważyło to na komforcie i strachu przed tym że byly obe cały czas w obiekcie bez naszej wiedzy. Oprócz tego w pokoju bylo mnóstwo mrówek.

Härlig vecka i en charmig by med familjevänligt kvällsliv och många restauranger.

Vi gillade de långa öppettiderna för poolen (10 PM) och att köket var komplett utrustat för de dagar man ville laga mat själv. Boendet låg närma strand, restauranger och bageri med gott frukostbröd. Air Condition i lägenheten var verkligen uppskattat.

Vi hade önskat två täcken / lakan i dubbelsängen och lite tjockare kuddar. Saknade också lite vägg krokar att hänga kläder och handdukar på.

Kurzurlaub in Bella Caorle

Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Toller Pool. Parkplatz im Hof oder Tiefgarage. Es gab fast keine Stechmücken. (Verm. durch die chemische Behandlung der Anlage.) Das Areal ist versperrt. Nur mit einem Schlüssel kommt man rein. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck. Pizzeria auch einige sehr gute gleich ums Eck.

Die Steckdosen waren Hauptsächlich Good Old Italia Style. Zwei Steckdosen waren so wie in AUT bzw. BRD daher hatten wir trotzdem kein Problem. Wer mehr braucht: Reisestecker nicht vergessen!

Caorle è bellissima e il villaggio anche. Ero già stata in altri appartamenti del villaggio questo è l’unico così orribi

La struttura nel complesso è bella la conoscevo già.

L’appartamento, un disastro! Sporco (nonostante chiedano 50 euro per pulirlo); odore di fogna, lavastoviglie che non si apre, divano letto lercio e sotto il cassetto due dita di polvere. Il clima non si poteva regolare e faceva freddissimo . Inoltre il personale dell’ agenzia era maleducatissimo
