The apartment belongs to the prestigious "clock dock" at 5 minute walk to the center of Caorle and 10 to the beach.
The apartament, bright and well furnisced, is very confortable, expecially for family.
It is equipped with every appliance: air conditioning and radiators, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, washing machine vacuum cleaner, television and all you need to cook and prepare your dining table.
The double bedroom is large bright with a six door wardrobe. From it you can access the garden.
The nice second bed room has 2 beds, a wardrobe and a litle table.
The garden that overlooks the dock, is equipped with table chairs, sun loungers and parasols so, if you like, it allows you to have lunch and dinner outside.
The large living room, well furnished, has a confortable sofa -bed for 2 persons.
A few meters from the house is located a beautiful and equipped swimming pool, where you can sunbath all day long. (the pool is also available for children and has a lifeguard).
To go around and visit the enchanting neighboring places you have 4 bickes for free and many cycle paths.
Shops and services of all kinds (bank, supermarket, post office, etc.) are reachable within a few minutes.
The apartament has a private and locked garage for your car.
Every day a boat leaves from Caorle to Venice (beautiful mini-cruiser.!)
