Lovely, well-equipped apartment in a first rate location

The apartment may look quite simple and plain at first glance, but the longer we stayed there, the more we realised just how comfortable and well designed it is. You have absolutely everything you need for a great stay . Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace and wifi! The location is perfect- right on the promenade and a very short stroll to the beach. All the restaurants and shops are also very close. Alex was a superb host, replying right away when we had a query and sorting things out quickly. Highly recommended!

Good location but very tired apartment in a very tired building

The location near the beach and old Caorle was excellent. We requested different pillows as those provided were feather pillows and my friend is allergic to feathers. There was also a missing bedside lamp. Alex, the host provided different pillows and a lamp the next morning. The check in instructions were accurate.

The apartment is damp, badly maintained with patches of mould, and is poor value for money. The photos are of a bright light freshly painted apartment, but in reality the apartment needs some tlc- there are patches of mould in the bathroom and main bedroom.

Everything was great and I can only recommend

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment. Everything was clean and ready. The host was helpful with advice and communicated very well and quickly. We would be very happy to use this accommodation again on another occasion.

Very good

The location was just perfect. Only few steps to the beach. The apartment is well equiped, with modern look. Also the terrace was great to spend some time - the sun shines here mainly in the morning, so it's comfortable to eat here all day and it's not hot here (only beware of the seagulls! :)). City center is also few minutes walking. Thanks to our host for recommending us to go to Costiera restaurant. We had there one of the best pizzas ever!

The apartment is maybe little bit smaller than it appears in the pictures, especially the kitchen (for 4 adults). It wasn't a big problem for us because we spent most of the time on the terrace, beach and in the city. Also the car parking was tricky - you can stop your car only for few minutes to take your luggage from the car and then take the car to the free car parking which is pretty far from the appartment. But that's understandable because the apartment is in the city center.

Location was fine

Very low value for the price, we left 2 days sooner (paid full amount). Building was very old and in overall bad shape, to get to apartment within buliding is very complicated and entrace is open all day/night. Be aware that apartment itself is very low standard and cheaply renovated. In shower lot of mould and looks very old.

Se cercate un appartamento dove trascorrere le vacanze natalizie l’“Appartamento tra centro e mare” è quello che fa per voi. Situato proprio tra “centro e mare” questa struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale sia per una passeggiata sul lungomare sia per raggiungere in pochi passi il grazioso Centro storico di Caorle. In pochi secondi potrete immergervi nella magica atmosfera del Caorle Chistmas Time con tutte le sue bancarelle gastronomiche e non solo! Se avete paura di soffrire il freddo (trattandosi di un “appartamento al mare”) non temete, il sistema di riscaldamento è davvero ottimo!!

Die zentrale Lage, am Strand und trotzdem ganz nah an der Altstadt, die perfekte Ausstattung, die makellose Sauberkeit, der fürsorgliche Vermieter

Dass wir es schwer gefunden haben (wollten es zunächst ohne die Unterstützung des Vermieters schaffen, hätten das aber nicht hinbekommen), da die Hausnummer auf der Stadtseite fehlte

Ci siamo sentiti accolti anche nelle piccole cose. Il titolare molto gentile e disponibile.

L’ appartamento è molto curato, pulito e accogliente. La cucina provvista di tutto e di più e in ottime condizioni. Così pure il bagno. I letti comodi e quasi nuovi, i cuscini morbidissimi. Terrazza dove si può mangiare all’ aperto.

Che non si vede il mare pur essendo frontemare.
