Great hospitality and location

The owner was extremely welcoming and was there to help with any questions we had about the area. The hotel was within walking distance of the beach and amusement parks with a grocery store nearby.

Could be better with a little attention

Perfect, exact administration, kind owner. The place is great, on the beach (about 70 m). The roof pool is excellent, great view. Private parking, washing machine, dishwasher, climate, bright living room, good equipment except for the kitchen. The old town is within walking distance.

The kitchen is not equipped enough. E.g.: junk, ugly cups and pan, not enough plates for 5 person. Paying wifi, paper bed linen, Sun beds and umbrelle reservation price is expensive, not correct (much cheaper at https://caorlespiaggia.it/en/). Price / value could be better...

Sehr freundlicher Eigentümer, Unterkunft nahe am Strand gelegen und tägliche Reinigung.

La consegna delle chiavi è stata semplicissima. Il proprietario si è impegnato al massimo per soddisfare i nostri desideri e garantire un soggiorno piacevole e indimenticabile. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un modem portatile per il nostro alloggio e abbiamo potuto utilizzare due piscine diverse. Torneremo sicuramente con piacere.

Super toll, nahe gelegen abwechslungsreich

Die Lage der Wohnung zum Pool und Parkplatz, einfach super, Pool toll, alles super in Schuss, Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles top und schnell Erreichbar. Zu Fuß alles möglich. War für uns ein sehr toller Urlaub 😁😊

Sehr lange Ruhe Zeit Mittags, im Pool Bereich, mit kleinen Kinder ein bisschen blöd...weil Grad zur Mittagszeit zu heiß am Strand und daher, der Pool als ausweichmöglichkeit ideal wäre...aber überbrückbar!!

Wunferbarer Urlaub mit Kindern!

Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach top. Man ist in nur 6 Minuten am Strand sowie in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Der Supermarkt neben dran ist Mega, man findet wirklich alles was man benötigt. Auch dass der Einkaufswagen direkt mit zum Apartment genommen werden darf, macht die Sache um einiges einfacher. Das lästige Tüten schleppen entfällt damit. Wir hatten in unserem Garten ein kleines Spielhaus, dass unsere Kids natürlich auch super fanden. Weiterhin fand ich es extrem toll, wie die Klimaanlage positioniert ist. Auch wenn sie bei den heissen Temperaturen auf kühlen eingestellt war, hatten wir in den Schlafräumen nie diesen lästigen „Klimaanlagen-Wind“, was gerade wegen den Kindern total toll ist. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt auch keine Wünsche offen, obwohl ein Wasserkocher nett gewesen wäre, aber es hat auch so wunderbar funktioniert. Obwohl es ziemlich ausgebucht war, wurde dennoch immer die Mittagsruhe eingehalten. Auch nachts war es extrem ruhig und wir haben alles super geschlafen. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Alessandros Apartments, es war aber mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal. Vielen Dank für alles!!!

Zimmer keine Fenster. Keine Weingläser . Alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fernseh nicht brauch bar!!! Keine Deutschen Sender.

Außergewöhnlich gemütliches Garten- Appartement

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und vom Vermieter wurde uns alles Höchst persönlich gezeigt. Konnten schon früher einchecken. Privater Parkplatz. Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Couch und Bett sehr fein. Haben sogar einen Kinderstuhl und Bett ohne Nachfrage bereit gestellt bekommen. Lage: ruhig gelegen doch sehr zentral, Supermarkt 2min zufuß. Kleiner Park - mit 2 Rutschen auch gleich nebenan 👌 Wir werden wieder kommen. 🙋‍♀️
