Ein tolles Anwesen in der nähe von Caorle ,ruhige Lage ,sehr Sauber

We have previously stayed at Sesta Presa, a sister property of the same family. As that one was not available, the owner recommended this location instead. This property is a beautiful, spacious rustic farmhouse converted to include modern amenities and comforts, but without losing its rustic charm. A five minutes drive from the busy tourist town of Caorle, this property seems world apart. It is quiet, relaxing, set in a working field but set only a few hundred feet off the main road to town. The downstairs features a large living room, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room. The upstairs features several bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The property was clean and updated, and completely met our needs for a week long vacation. As stated, Caorle with restaurants and supermarkets is approx 5 minutes away, allowing for a quick run to get fresh bread for breakfast, or an evening out in one of the many restaurants. There are other towns nearby, with Roman ruins approx 20 minutes away, or beaches with nature preserve approx 20 minutes away. A car is a must to explore, but a bicycle would be sufficient to visit Caorle as there is a smooth bike path running right in front of the property.

The property is amazing, and we appreciated the rustic nature, but if I had to select something that could improve, it would be better sealing screens on windows and/or working air conditioning. This region becomes pretty hot and humid, and the area is known for mosquitoes. We had experienced two separate thunderstorms during our stay, and the metal window shutters were pretty loud as they would not stay open, and I was not about to lean out of the window to shut them during a thunderstorm. But those were minor details that did not take away from our overall stay.

Die Zufahrt, die vollständige Umzäunung, der wunderbare Garten, das gepflegte historische Gebäude, die gut ausgestattete Küche (scharfe Messer!), keine Nachbarschaft und völlige Abgeschiedenheit bei gleichzeitiger Nähe zu tollen Restaurants und Strand in Caorle, Exzellentes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
