Prostorné ubytování na dohled od moře... výtah obrovskou výhodou. K našemu apartmá patřila garáž. Vešlo se auto, kola i SUP.

Tři roky provozu jsou znát, poničené sítě proti hmyzu, nefunkční vypínače na terase, 4 dny byl písek ve výtahu, a garáže nikdo neuklízí. Plné písku a na zemi bordel. To je ale malý detail...

Sehr gute Lage und schöne Aussicht aufs Meer mit großem Eckbalkon. Die Wohnung ist schön und hat eine riesige Garage mit inkludiert, in der wir mit einem 5,3m langen Pickup inkl. Radträger geparkt hatten. Es war in der Garage des Weiteren noch problemlos Platz für unsere Fahräder. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und vor allem von der Garage hätte besser sein können. Wir haben nach Nachfrage vom Vermietservice nach Ankunft neue saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher erhalten. Aufzug vorhanden (Wohnung ist im 4. Stock). Die Lage ist top; der sehr schöne Strand ist fussläufig in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung gibt es eine kleinen aber super sortierten Supermarkt sowie 3 sehr gute Restaurants. Caorle hat auch ein sehr schönes Zentrum (zu Fuss in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar) mit weiteren Lokalen und ansprechenden Shops.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und vor allem von der Garage hätte besser sein können. Wir haben auf Nachfrage vom Vermietservice noch am Tag der Ankunft neue saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher erhalten. Es gab keinen Kontakt zum Besitzer der Wohnung. Die Abwicklung vor Ort läuft über einen Vermiet-Service, der ca. 2km entfernt in der Ortsmitte zu finden ist. Die Ansprechtpartner waren sehr nett und hilfreich.

The hotel has a great location; it's just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The room is exactly the same as the pictures, and the air conditioning and soundproofing are excellent.

1. The hotel required guests to pick up and return keys at a different address, and even Wi-Fi and parking spaces were allocated at that location. Parking was extremely inconvenient; private parking spaces were too small, making it impossible for business vehicles to park properly. We were given a parking space for the first two days because other guests checked out unexpectedly, making the parking allocation unreasonable. 2. The room was completely uncleaned. The toilet was yellowed, and we couldn't clean it properly even after 20 minutes. The blankets and pillows also had an odor. 3. Daily necessities were insufficient. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided; there were no cleaning cloths, dish soap, or any other essential cleaning supplies. 4. The cleaning staff started urging guests to check out at 8 am, but the check-out time was 10 am.
