Not realky great

Location close to the beach

I chose this apartment primarily because it was advertised with a dedicated parking space. Unfortunately, upon arrival I found that the assigned space was already occupied by another car. As a result, I had nowhere to park and had to look for an alternative spot, which was very inconvenient. Despite my emails and even visiting the agency in person, nothing was done to resolve the issue during my entire stay, despite their assurances. Inside the apartment, the overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I found the cutlery dirty and greasy, and there was some mold in the shower. Each room had only one power socket, which was not practical. The common areas were in very poor condition: the staircase was dirty, with litter, cigarette butts, and piles of sand, and the elevator was in a similar state. It seemed that no cleaning was being done at all. Overall, the apartment did not meet the standards promised, and I was particularly disappointed with the lack of action regarding the parking issue.

Great location close the beach. Close to a small super market where we bought fresh bread in the morning and other items for breakfast. New and fresh.

Cleaning of the floors was really bad. Our socks got dirty when we entered the apartment. No big mugs for tea or coffee,. Missing hangers in bathroom and bedrooms. No reading lamps next to the beds.

New, on the beach, with parking.

It is new. With 2 balkonies. Parking spot in front of the house. Near the beach. Quiet neighborhood and house. Lift to the apartment. Newly furnished.

Some little thing missing in the apartment for our better experience, such as: soap, holder for toilet paper, place to put shoes, towel holders in the bathroom, maybe even bottle opener. Little stuff that are not expencive but make stay better. Even without all this things it was very nice stay.

-location near the beach -clean accommodation -new building so all functioning -positive highlight of using el. external roller blinds as protection against the sun light (morning wake ups:-)) -aircondition was palced strategic what enhance function

Nice flat close to the beach.

Accommodation was clean and new. Good location. No sea view (at least our apartment) but close to the beach. Apartment is spacious and the balcony large enough. Hygiene needs (soap, toilet paper, etc.) must be provided on arrival. Parking space relatively narrow, but sufficient. Parking place in object is big bonus, public parking on street is mostly occupied.

The staff of the office was nice, but provided quite a bit of information about the accommodation (opening the gate ...). And waste disposal is probably undersized. Due to the number of rented properties, waste was accumulated at the gate on some days.

Close to the beach, clean and new.

Since the apt is brand new, just few things were missing like reading lamps, some chairs in bed rooms, where to hang clothes and a scissor.

È stata una sorpresa bellissima l'appartamento e la località

Appartamento molto bello pulito, con una mega Terrazza vicino alla spiaggia, con ogni confort lavastoviglie, lavatrice (anche se noi non abbiamo usufruito visto che abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ) garage per parcheggiare l'auto molto comodo, sicuramente torneremo e magari per più giorni, personale dell'agenzia dove abbiamo ritirato le chiavi molto gentili che ci hanno consegnato anche prima del previsto. Top.

Posizione vicina al mare e servizi di prima necessità (mini market, farmacia, bar, ristoranti )

Mancavano elementi d’arredo come appendiabiti, un gancio in bagno, specchio (oltre a quello situato in bagno) luce secondaria in camera da letto (abat joure o piccola luce d’emergenza), la finestra del bagno era rotta e non si chiudeva completamente, le luci esterne del terrazzo non funzionavano..sembrano piccolezze ma quando si viaggia in famiglia con bambini, tante piccole accortezze fanno la differenza

Lage, Terrasse Top, aber nicht allzu sauber!

Die Lage ist toll, ruhig nur wenige Meter vom Meer, Bummelzug und Busstation ganz in der Nähe! Mini Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe, sehr bemüht hat alles was man braucht! Tolle große Terrasse

Coach war nicht hergerichtet, es war nach dem ausziehen noch ein altes gebrauchtes Leintuch drauf! Alle Schubladen etwas schmudelig! Klarspüler und Spülmaschinensalz leer und nichts zum aufffüllen da! Der Herd hat nicht funktioniert oder wir kamen nicht damit zurecht! Aber trotz bitte um Hilfe bekamen wir dahingehend keine Antwort! Außerdem haben wir um eine 2te Klopapier Rolle gebeten (6pers. 4 Nächte), auch das würde ignoriert!

Kellemes, felújított szállás, csendes környezetben, az ágyak kényelmesek voltak, a nappali és a nagyobb hálószoba kifejezetten tágas. A légkondik jó állapotban, jól működtek.

Az apartman nem volt jól felszerelve. Vízmelegítő es hajszárító nem volt, ez nekünk furcsa, nem nagy tétel szerintem ezekkel kényelmesebbé tenni a vendég pihenését. A redőny a nappaliban már az első este sem működött. A fürdőben sem szekrény sem Akasztó nem volt, a piperét, a törülközőt nem tudtuk hova tenni. A konyha szegényesen felszerelt, mi nem főztünk, de nem is tudtunk volna. A parkolás katasztrófa, kicsi parkolóhelyek, a ráfordulási ív nehézkes, nagyobb autóval(suv, terepjáró) senki ne induljon oda.

Toller Familienurlaub nah am Meer

Die Lage war sehr gut, zu Fuß über einen Parkplatz direkt am Strand, sowohl ein freier Strand, als auch ein Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mordern und hell. In den höheren Stockwerken auch Meerblick möglich, in den unteren nicht. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Aufzug, alles da. Die Stadt Caorle ist sehr schön und zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad/Roller gut erreichbar.

Die Wohnungen sind sehr schlicht eingerichtet, keine Bilder an den Wänden oder ählniches. Dusche und Toillette sind in einem Raum, nicht separat. Die Parkplätze sind eng für große Autos. Parkplatz 1 der beste (Einfahrt geradeaus, direkt vor der Haustüre). Im Juni konnte man unter der Woche immer beqeum auf dem großen freien Parkplatz vor dem Haus parken, nur Samstag/Sonntag schwierig.

Appartamento molto bello e ben posizionato, qualche piccola attenzione e sarebbe stato perfetto.

La posizione, vicinissima alla spiaggia, la terrazza molto grande e attrezzata con mobili da giardino, vista mare, molto bella. Le stanze spaziose e la zona living davvero bene arredata. Bagno funzionale con un bel box doccia incassato su tre lati. Infissi a ribalta e tapparelle meccanizzate un tocco in più. Decisamente apprezzato il posto auto interno al cortile.

Immagino che non venga affittato spesso soltanto per una notte, per cui mancavano le piccole attenzioni che di solito trovo riservate a chi si presume non viaggi totalmente equipaggiato: una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo costa pochi centesimi, ma è una gentilezza apprezzata. Un sapone di qualsiasi tipo in bagno, uno non pretende l'intero kit shampoo e balsamo, ma anche solo potersi lavare le mani è una cosa. E le lenzuola appoggiate sopra il letto, da fare, non le avevo ancora viste. Forse chi si ferma per più giorni e arriva in auto viaggia attrezzato con la propria biancheria da casa, ma chi si ferma una notte sola difficilmente si sposta con lenzuola proprie, il letto poteva essere fatto.

Wir konnten uns in allem irgendwie behelfen und haben den Urlaub genossen.

Die ruhige Lage und die Entfernung zum Strand sind optimal. Eine Pizzeria, sowie ein kleiner Einkaufsladen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da wir gerne zu Fuß unterwegs sind, ist die Entfernung ins Zentrum (ca. 1,5 km) kein Problem. Eine defekte Balkontüre, sowie ein komplett Stromausfall wurde nach Kontaktierung der Agentur Cocal umgehend behoben. Die Dame in der Agentur war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Einige der nachfolgend angeführten Minuspunkte sind sicher dem unsachgemäße Umgang von Vormietern der Wohnung zuzuschreiben. Eine Bestandskontrolle vor Einzug neuer Mieter wäre sinnvoll. Die Abdeckung der Dunstabzugshaube über dem Herd ist kurz vor dem Abfallen. Der Mischhebel des Wasserhahns in der Küche ist nur mehr aufgesteckt, eine Befestigung ist nicht möglich. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr mager. Salatschüssel und Salatbesteck und ein paar Topfdeckel sollten schon vorhanden sein. Einige Scharniere an den Kleiderschränken sind lose. Da ich kein Werkzeug zur Hand hatte, konnte ich sie leider nicht festschrauben (hätte ich aber gemacht) Die Küche verfügt über keinerlei Möglichkeiten, ein Geschirrtuch oder Ähnliches aufzuhängen, sowie das Badezimmer über keine Ablagen verfügt. Der Geruch aus dem Wasserablauf in diesem Raum war sehr unangenehm.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um zum Spiaggia di Ponente zu gelangen. Mit Pic Nic und Al Faro sind zwei sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Es wäre schön, wenn das Doppelbett Einzeldecken hätte.

Appartamento spazioso e pulito,ampia terrazza. Lenzuola pulite, ma letti da dare. Asciugamani a disposizione per tutti gli ospiti.

Si potrebbero migliorare cose che ci sarebbe state utili: Non abbiamo trovato detersivi per la casa o uno spruzzino,per pulire nel caso di necessità. Ne abbiamo trovato istruzioni per la linea wefi, ma stanno una sola notte non abbiamo chiesto. Le scale condominiali erano veramente sporche.
