Not recomended, or be patient which room you are booking… the ones with small garden could be better…

You pay extra for the bed sheeds, personal on the reception which is on the different place than the hotel are not pleasant at all, some rooms are so close to each other that you can see even to the plates of your neigbour! Clima is only in the 2nd floor so in the first floor you are die when itbis a hot day!

Swimingpool is nice, but always full of people! Location is good, 15 mins from the beach!

Villaggio facile da raggiungere. Parcheggio comodo. Bella piscina con sdrai.

Appartamento con arredamento molto datato, andrebbe rivisto e cambiati i materassi. Cappa cucina e cassetta di sicurezza non funzionante. Frigo in fin di vita. Raffreddava pochissimo anche a 6. Tavola wc così usurata che si vedeva il legno. Dotazione cucina scarsissima, due pentole in croce e 4 piatti. Neanche un pentolino per scaldare un po di latte. Peccato... basterebbe poco per migliorare tanto.

Velkou výhodou bazén, hlavně s dětmi a když bylo zrovna špinavé moře plné řas, okolí je fajn, dost hřišť pro děti, hezké procházky s pejsky, i když musí být všude na vodítku, můžou všude, i na pláž

Kuchyňka velmi skromně vybavena, koupelna musela byt neustále otevřena, jinak strašně smrděla, wc jak na motorce, nepohodlně a nesmyslně umýstěné tak, že jste se tam prostě normálně nevešli, sprcha sprchovala, ale tlak nijaký a byla dosti krátká na menší děti a pejsky, tlak i délka sprchy trochu problém, když jste chtěli sprchový kout vyčistit od všude přítomného písku

Die Klimanlage schafft es nicht das Zimmer zu kühlen, für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, 400€ zwei Nächte ist sie definitiv nicht wert, es kommen noch 8 euro pro person für Bettwäsche dazu, die nicht im Preis imbegriffen ist. Schlüssel müssen in einen anderen Ort ca. 2-3 km entfernt abgeholt, und zurückgebracht werden

Die Terrasse war sehr schön und die Nähe zum Strand und dem Mini Markt war super. Klimaanlage kühlte gut.

Zařízení vybydlené, matrace na spaní velmi nepohodlná, rozkládací sedačka naprosto nepohodlná. Bazén čistý a jeho okolí udržováno . Moře, pláže a město byly skvělé.

Nefunkční vybavení, vybydlený nábytek. Zařízení mi potvrdilo jiný apartmán, než jsem si vybrala a vzhledem k tomu, že tato zpráva dorazila s názvem potvrzení rezervace, přehlédla jsem tuto záměnu.

Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Strand und auch das Stadtzentrum sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gab überall Haare von den Vormietern. In der Dusche waren die Wände mit Duschmittel und tot geschlagenen Mücken verunreinigt. Die Betten sind etwas klein (kurz)... ich bin nur 176 cm gross und konnte mich trotzdem nicht richtig strecken.

Spokojenost

Byli jsme spokojení a nic nám nechybělo. Jak jsme si to udělali, tak to bylo. Pokoj byl čistý, jen balíček na uvítanou nás pobavil. Malé vybavení na týden a kaple do myčky, která zde nebyla. Lokalita je krásná a v půjčovně jsme si půjčili kola, tak jsme objeli celé okolí. Rádi se vrátíme. Děkujeme

Pool war groß und sauber,nicht zu kalt 26-28 grad.Tiefgarage,Meer in 5 min zu Fuß und Geschäft in 3min.Der Hausmeister war sehr freundlich,Pool offen ab 9:30-19 Uhr.

Leider war Tiefgarage zu steil und wir sind mit unserem CLA AMG line nicht runter gekommen da das Auto zu tief ist,das gleiche Problem hatten auch anderen mit sportlichen Autos was tiefer gebaut sing,wir haben draußen geparkt,war für alle genug Parkplatz da. Mit normalem Auto kommt man in Tiefgarage ohne Probleme.

Køleskabet var dejligt stort og kølede godt ned. Dejlig pool. Folk var gode til at tage håndklæderne med, når de gik. Dejligt med terrasse på begge sider.

Støj fra naboer og overboer. Lidt for mange nøgler til boligen. Manglede lidt bordplads på badeværelset.

Familienfreundlich, kurze Entfernung zum Strand, Gemütlichkeit, Komfort und Service lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Die Nähe zum Meer und der Pool, der zur Anlage gehört sind super. Die Möglichkeit sich mit der Küche etwas eigenes Kochen zu können ist sehr familienfreundlich. Teller etc. waren vorhanden.

Die Entfernung zur Stadt ist zu Fuß eher weit. Wir bekamen einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zugeteilt (Nr. 15) der für jegliche Autos, außer vll Smart, viel zu klein ist. Somit mussten wir jedes Mal MÜHSAM einen Parkplatz suchen. Samstag Abend dauerte das 45 Minuten! Es wurde uns, trotz Nachfragens, kein alternativer Parkplatz angeboten. Ein Bett wäre gemütlicher, als dieses Schrankbett. Das kleine Schrankbett hat so laut geknarrt, dass jeder von uns bei jeglicher Bewegung geweckt wurde.

- С семьей и собакой в этом отеле втоой раз подряд. Несмотря на то, что мы сейчас взяли номер поменьше, в этот раз нам понравилось больше, потому что номер был чище и расположение удобнее (прямо возле бассейна), поэтому дверь можно было не запирать. Т - wifi роутер теперь есть в каждом номере, поэтому есть стабильный интернет, для меня это большой плюс, так как я работаю удаленно - есть пластиковая садовая мебель, чтобы отдыхать вечером, особенно хорошо, если апартаменты с зеленым садом, который запирается на калитку (но калитка не у всех) - мы приехали около 15 часов дня в воскресение, ключи получили в течение 10 минут, ждать практически не пришлось - Удобное расположение апартаментов, около 10 мин неспешным шагом до моря, (в том числе до собачьего пляжа) а также до различных ресторанов. До старого центра города можно дойти пешком в течение получаса. - в июле было довольно жарко, поэтому вода в бассейне прогрелась до 32-33 градусов. Вода в бассейне была чистая, никаких нареканий - возле отеля есть два парка, а также дорожка вдоль реки, где можно погулять с собакой - в этот раз мы получили номер с парковочным местом в гараже, что тоже для нас плюс

- довольно сильная слышимость соседей, поэтому если кого-то это напрягает, то лучше захватить беруши - не очень удобный диван, как спальное место, но на неделю вполне сойдет - это не минус, а просто рекомендация: возьмите чайник с собой, чтобы можно было легко вскипятить воду для чай или кофе. В остальном базовый набор посуды в номерах имеется.

Gut war, dass wir mit Garten gebucht hatten jnd daher bei beiden Ausgängen (vorne und hinten) Sitzmöglichkeiten hatten. Weiters war der funktionierende Kühlschrank und der kleine Fernseher unten super

Es war leider viel zu wenig Ausstattung vorhanden (zb. Kasterln im Bad). Die Kästen für das Gewand waren leider auch teilweise etwas doof, da der eine die Stange so hoch oben hängen hatte, dass man gar nicht dran kam um etwas aufzuhängen. Allgemein war die Möblage abgewohnt und verdreckt. Die Wände waren so dünn, es gab keine Nacht in der wir durchgeschlafen hatten. Man hört alles. Es war überall dreckig, man hatte alles auf den Füßen kleben, Spinnen und Spinnenweben überall und im Bad gab es Schimmel. Die Klimaanlage konnte die ganze Wohneinheit nicht kühlen, man musste alle Türen offen lassen, damit man halbwegs schlafen konnte. Allgemein machte die Einrichtung einen etwas schäbigen Eindruck und das vorhandene Geschirr mussten wir erst mal mit selbstgekauftem Waschmittel reinigen. Die Anlage hätte wirklich Potential, wenn man etwas mehr Liebe reinstecken würde.

Pratica anche nel garage. Ci è stato consegnato appartamento sporco non rifatto ma una volta segnalato in 20 minuti ci è stato consegnato appartamento nuovo più grande. Servizio comunque molto efficiente.

Impossibilità di parcheggiare al momento del ritiro delle chiavi, impossibilità di ricaricare le ebike nel garage.

!NIE WIEDER!

Die Bodendusche war das einzige Highlight, die Balkone waren okay.

Jeden Tag Stromausfall, wir haben uns beschwert da das Bettzeug viel zu kalt war, da die Heizung richtig schlecht angebracht ist und gefühlt 100 Jahre braucht bis es mal warm wird, der Boden bleibt egal ob man die Heizanlage auf 30 hochfährt eiskalt, sehr ärgerlich vorallem mit Kind! Haben dem Personal gesagt wir brauchen richtiges Bettzeug, dann kam der Mitarbeiter mit Bezügen, es sind nicht mal hochwertige Oberbetten, sondern lediglich Sofadecken. Ameisen haben auch im Apartment Party geschmissen, richtig ekelhaft, die Mitarbeiterin meinte, sie schickt jemanden wegen der Ungeziefer und bringt Decken, keiner kam letztendlich, sehr schlechter Service, die Dame mit der Brille, ist auch sehr unfreundlich! Wir mussten selber Sofadecken aus einem anderen Apartment holen, weil wir sonst erfroren wären, da von den Angestellten kein einziger, obwohl Beschwerde, kam um die Probleme zu beseitigen. Frühstück muss man selber holen, alles ist sau schlecht zu erreichen, man muss ständig Auto fahren, wenn man was erleben will!

Obiekt nie jest przystosowany do przyjmowania gości w kwietniu kiedy na zewnątrz jest jeszcze zimno. W nocy pomimo włączenia ogrzewania na maksymalne nie dawało ono efektu. W pokoju było bardzo zimno. Drzwi do balkonu nie zamykały się i czuć było, że są nieszczelne. Woda w bojlerze starczyła na krótki prysznic dla jednej osoby. Podróżowaliśmy z małym dzieckiem i w pokoju było stanowczo za zimno. Musieliśmy spać w bluzach i spodniach dresowych. Oby pobyt nie zakończył się chorobami.
