Superb

Good location close to the beach. Nice appartement with enough space and large balcony. During our stay (beginning of June), the location was quiet.

On balcony there is quite a large gap between the railing and the floor (ca 10-15cm) which can be dangerous for small children. Pool was cold.

Very nice new apartment but without WIFI

Brand new building, with air conditioning in each room and a lovely balcony. The pool is shared between 2 buildings of 16 apartments, but never looked too busy. Very short walk to the beach where the letting agency has sunbeds to be booked at a discount Short walk also to the town centre and restaurants.

There was absolutely nothing to clean the kitchen, no toiletries, or even toilet rolls, so we had to run to the small markets nearby. Bedding and towels are optional, remember to book them. Please read in the details that THERE IS NO WIFI in the building

Location close to the beach, everything in proximity (restaurants, shops, kids playgrounds), apartment is quite new and big - two bedrooms so ideal for a family with kids, effective air conditioning in each room, small swimming pool, parking space (also in garage) included in the price. Good value for money - especially for a week stay.

Only basic kitchen equipment (no kettle, no dish towel, no washing machine tabs, no wine glases), no soap, towels & bed linen for additional charge (10 eur/person) and …. no wi-fi !?!?

Missing basic facilitied: hairdryer, kettle, hand soap, dish towel and other basic equipment - there was nothing. The mattress was too soft for me.

Nice location, close to the beach via small park, efficient air condition, dishwasher, washing machine. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Dangerous metal bed stairs and metal barrier as it is not fixed so we rather did no use it. Our friends used it and the chipboard barrier broke while the kid was climbing up. They are lucky that the heavy metal bed frame and barrier did not heart the kid below. Instead of an appology, the owner let them pay a fine of 50 eur.. Weird balcony railing that starts 15cm after the floor end so it is not friendly for small kids. Slow communication on booking.com and even on SMS (it took almost a day and I had to call them in the end to get an answer). No bed sheets and towels (although mentioned at booking.com in advance so you know it and can decide to take your own or rent), no hair dryer, no kettle (you can use a pot), no recycle bins, toilet papers and dishwasher tablets so you have to spend your time going to the shop, buy whole packs of everything and use just part of it.

Absolutely perfect accommodation fitting for families! Great location close to the sea, groceries, restaurants&caffes, old town 15min by a walk ( so the location of the place is very quiet. Parking place for cars all standart sizes is a great bonus. Spent there time with 2 kids (6yrs and 3yers) - fun park for kids very close (one on the beach, one next to the main street. Conclusion - we are confident, that we will go there next/following years again!

The fact, that swimming caps needs to be used in the pool - i have seen it for first time - it should be mentioned somewhere more explicitly (or I have overseen it in the notes here or booking...)

Comfortable, modern apartment ideal for more than a weekend holiday

Newly built complex with shallow pool area. The apartment was very clean and fairly roomy. AC and generous balcony. Top location 3 minutes walk from the beach.

Somewhat simple but functional furniture. You will need to bring your own towels, toilet paper, etc. and no reception - keys are picked up at an agency a 5-minute walk away It is an apartment, not a hotel!

Disappointing

This apartment was spacious and modern.

The apartment was dirty on arrival. The floors were full of hair, sand and dust. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and smelt of urine. The bedlinen we paid extra to hire was unwashed and stained, absolutely revolting. Also no safe deposit box as advertised.

Exceptional

Comfortable new appartments, we appreciated 2 bedrooms, big terase and washing machine. The center of Caorle is within walking distance. The beach is few minutes away. We really liked this place.

Amazing

The building is completely new and designed with the latest technologies. There is air conditioning in each room, and a balcony in each room. When the balcony door is opened, the air conditioning automatically turns off and sounds, which gives a warning to those who have children. The pool is very clean and the apartment too. Free private parking in the basement of the building. Very close to the beach, a five minute walk. The staff is very friendly.

Bellissimo e comodissimo, top.

Locale nuovissimo, pulitissimo, climatizzato, bellissimo e enorme terrazzo con vista splendida. Ottima piscina e ascensore. Molto spazio con due camere super comode. Parcheggio privato. Staff agenzia super davvero velocissimo e gentile.

Apartment wirkt neu, großzügiger Balkon, komfortables Badezimmer, mit Aufzug, sehr ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum Strand, mit Parkplatz in der Garage. Absolut gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren nur zu Fuß unterwegs, Entfernung zur Altstadt ebenso OK, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe und am Weg in die Stadt.

Die Ausstattung (Haushalt) ist sehr gering: könnte mit Kaffeemaschine, Putzmittel, Geschirrspül-Tabs usw. ergänzt werden - wäre von Vorteil.

Nagyon család és kutya barát. Part valóban közel!

A szállás fantasztikus helyen van !!! 3 perc séta a part. Nagyon csendes ,nyugodt. Imádták a gyerekek . Kutya barát is . Ez nekünk fontos volt. Szép a medence ,az apartman. Klíma tiszta és jól működik. Külön plusz pont ,hogy minden szobában volt klíma!!

Egy vízforraló nagyon hiánypótló a konyhába. Ezt mindenképpen tudnám javasolni. Valamint a kulcs átvétele nekünk nem volt tiszta . Sokat kellett telefonálni. Mert máshol van az iroda , mint a szállás. Egy automatikus üzenet jó lenne erről. Ennyi ami plusz javaslat csak .

L'appartamento è di recente costruzione.

Nessun servizio..ok che la biancheria non era compresa (me culpa a non averlo visto) ma alla richiesta di averla lo staff mi ha assicurato che si sarebbero attivati per farmi avere la biancheria ed invece non è stata portata. Appartamento spoglio di tutto, nemmeno uno strofinaccio per le stoviglie. Non comodo al centro di Caorle

Toto ubytování je pro rodinu s dětmi super. apartmán je dostatečně vybaven, super klimatizace v každém pokoji. myčka i pracka. matrace basic, spát se dá úplně v pohode. nic nám nechybělo. dole je super menší bazén, píšou ze je nutno mít koupací čepici, ale nikdo to nekontroluje a neřeší. měli jsme sebou, ani jednou jsme nepoužili. na pláž je to kousek přes park. v okolí jsou restaurace, obchody. 100% muzu doporučit.
