The bed was very comfortable, room clean and the location.

Never again.

Friendly guy at the reception just doing his work looking at the circumstances.

We’ve booked two rooms with a double bed but only one was covered. I’ve never experienced something like this in my life. Due to this stains of piss and blood were openly notified. I refuse to sleep in such unhygienical atmosphere. Room was totally framed compared with photos on the website.

Above average

As I am a obsessed person with cleaning, I really like the cleaning of room. Location was very good , close to public transportation and bars. Price was really good when compared to around hotels.

Bathroom was very small although room was enough big. Street is too loudy and a lot of junky and drunk people around. No elevator. There are more than 200 tv kanals , but only 30 of them you can watch.

the receptionist was so unfriendly and took two euros from me for no reason claiming all hotels take two euros form tourists which isn’t true. i didn’t spend an hour in this hotel and i checked out.. I have Nikotin Allergies and the room smelled so bad. i checked out because i got an Allergic reactions from the smell of the Nikotin. Next time she should open the windows

Pleasant

The value is good, the bed is comfy, the room is warm enough, minimalistic, but there's everything you'll need. A good amount of stores and markets.

The location is kinda SUS, a lot of homeless/drunk people and swing-clubs which might affect your safeness at the night-time. The receptionist never checked our personal data during our stay or check-in, and also asked us to pay 4€ as an extra "tourist fee", which we're clearly not. (Made up thing)

Hotel right in the red light district

we wanted to stay at the hotel because it was close to a lot of stuff in the center of the city. Not in any of the descriptions we read mentioned that the hotel is on a side street to the red light district. So when we arrived in the evening and saw a sex-shop and a sex-movie theater on the other side we decided to drive up to the Main Street to see the location. And then we saw a very busy street filled with more sex shops and gentleman’s clubs (not the fancy ones). Even the people at the reception of the hotel we saw passing the hotel slowly, seemed like a staff we wouldn’t feel safe staying with. So we chose to drive to another hotel.

Better for younger couples

The room was clean and had a lot of light, the beds were comfortable and the position is excellent to visit most of the city. Staff present and professional

The area is quite noisy because it is in the heart of the St. Pauli red light district, with the windows closed you cannot hear much outside but it is also very hot at night in the summer.
