I would never come back

They sell smoke. The rooms are not even similar to the photos. It is false, the sector although it is central is not pleasant. I bought some drinks inside the same hotel and they charged me much more. I made the complaint at reception and got no response. I would not return on any occasion nor do I recommend it at all

Nightmare!

Nothing. The picture on their website is ABSOLUTELY not the reality! This is a place to recommend for quick sex. The noise outside makes it impossible to sleep

This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I payed for 4 nights over 680€ . The room was extremely dirty. The bed cover had white sperms stains. Same on the two chairs. The toilet was extremely dirty . The property needs renovations. I checked out the next morning because of how horrible my room was. The staff instead of being humain and kind instead blamed me and asked me why I had not told them prior night that the room was dirty. I would not recommend this property for anyone looking to for a decent place to stay for travel or family. Only If you are looking for a quick place to have sex!

Very helpful staff, very good breakfasts. The hotel is an oasis of cleaneness and calmness in the middle of a rather dirty and noisy neighborhood. Underground parking just some 300m away. Many reastaurants/pubs/bars in the neighborhood. Subway station some 50m away, gets you to the city center in a few minutes, 2,5 Euro/ride. Elbe (Labe) river within walking distance.

The street is rather dirty and noisy - drinking/partying going on through the whole night. Windows isolate the noise very effectively, but then you get no fresh air - there is no ventilation system to exchange the air in the room. So probably best if you join the party on the street.

Super friendly staff. Central location. Good value for the money

The staff at the reception was super kind and welcoming. Travelling a lot, I have rarely seen this! Thanks again for your guidance and warm welcome Hotel very central, in the vibrant area of St Pauli, 12 min walk from the port and 20min walk from the exhibition center

The room was a bit cold so the heater would have to be slighly increased. Just for information, this hotel is located in St Pauli which is the most vibrant district of Hamburg being also kind of a red light district.

All of The Staff were amazing at service and were dutifully on call 24/7. Cult Hotel has a fantastic location for exploring Reeperbahn. The reception had a very relaxed mood and was a welcome oasis of calm inbetween exploring the more buzzling parts of Reeperbahn nightlife.

The stairs, no lift haha. Pillows were to soft and wasnt any other pillows. By third night you literraly had to bend the pillow for times to get some comfort

We chose it only because there were no other hotels available in the city centre for the weekend.

At the time of registration, they demanded payment of fees that were not mentioned anywhere. The person who introduced himself as manager and concierge was nervous, angry and unpleasant. His arrogance and anger seemed to have been contained by the mother, who intervened in the registration process and calmed down her offspring. Some time later, the owner came to the room with a bottle of mineral water to apologise, because he had clarified with the Booking representatives that all the fees had in fact been paid. So he provoked the conflict himself. The apology seemed insincere to us. The night is nightmarish, the room is not air-conditioned, the fan is ineffective. In the morning we noticed insect bites on our legs. We noticed bugs on the ceiling. We managed to pinch one of them. It seemed to be a flea with blood. A photo was taken and sent to the hotel and the booking agent. Booking apologised and gave minimal compensation. We did not receive any reply or apology from the hotel and we have not received any. This possibly confirms that this is a normal situation for them and they are used to complaints. Toilet room is small, equipment is outdated, not updated, towels are worn. No parking. We found a place one kilometre away. To sum up, try not to get stuck in this hotel run by uncultured and dishonest people. You may be bitten by bugs.

its really nice decorated

no elevator, the door lock is really hard to open, and you have to lock it from inside also with the key and it was really uncomfortable. very noise floor, lights on the staircase and in the room where constantly blinking a bit annoying. take in consideration is on a party street so can be really noisy in the night.
