le calme, le cadre, et la gentillesse du personnel, l'établissement se montre flexible pour les demandes pariculière.
Manque une bouilloire dans la chambre. mais c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose!

beautiful location.
ac does not work at all. we specifically booked a room with ac, and it was your typical, you can not adjust old fashioned hotel ac. No airflow and does not cool one bit. Also the hotel is a rehabilitation center for elderly. It felt more like a nursing home then a luxury hotel. Also the facilities are adjusted to the elderly. Dinner until 8:30 max and at 21pm reception is closed and the front door as well…. Would not recommend if you are under 70 years of age…

I needed a bed as I had travelled miles on my motorbike, it was nearby so that's why I booked it.
It was all elderly people there, I wouldn't have booked if I'd known. Very expensive to stay but it is Switzerland!
