View of Lake Lucerne was amazing -great windows and balcony facing the lake. Free bus fare within Lucerne was very helpful. Breakfast was great. The door to the room stopped working (it did not lock) and was not repaired during our stay - communication with 3 different staff members about this issue was not very helpful.

There is a problem with the booking app. But the lady at the front desk was very helpful! I really appreciated! Thank you again! I had a pleasant stay!
