The parking and the breakfast staff and the room partitions

A practical choice for attending HEC programs, but the facilities and services could use significant improvement.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights while attending an executive course at HEC. Overall, the experience had both conveniences and drawbacks. • The hotel is directly attached to the HEC Building X, which is used for short courses—extremely convenient for attending the program. • The room is equipped with basic furniture that is functional and fit for purpose. • The area is very quiet and located outside the busy parts of Paris. • A large supermarket is situated right in front of the hotel, making it easy to pick up essentials.

• The hotel is outdated and clearly in need of refurbishment. • Breakfast offers very limited variety and is exactly the same every day. • The room’s temperature control does not function properly. • Staff entering the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, which was disappointing.

If you are looking for a quiet place, the hotel is for you, but the rest is very disappointing.

The hotel is quiet. Rooms are well insulated.

Rooms need renovation. Everything is made in a cheapest way possible. There were not even enough of electric sockets in the room. The room feels like in 2* hotel. It was even very difficult to set water in a shower to a desired temperature.

We had a great experience thanks to Eddy at reception. Despite working the night shift, he was consistently friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. We stayed twice on different dates, and he remembered us right away, which made us feel welcome. Eddy’s kindness and professionalism truly elevated our stay—thank you!

My daughter and I had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel and very close to the university where we were heading. The staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and kind with a smile on their face .

The hygiene in the rooms should be better as housekeeping .

The facility was clean and well-maintained overall.

The staff at the front desk was extremely rude. He literally threw the room card on the counter when I was checking in, kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask questions, and overall seemed very unhappy to be doing his job. He had short hair and a short beard.

It's a room but not a treat

Location to versailles and train station

Place is weathered and looks run down from outside. Air conditioner didn't work, opened window to let cold air in and could hear other people aircon machines making noise.

The breakfast is very complete!! Also we had a problem with one of the waiters at the bar and the hotel apologize for him right away and they even offer us drinks at the bar to compensate us. It was very kind of them!

The only situation was the problem with the waiter at the bar, but it was promptly resolved by the management.

Best way to enjoy Paris skipping the chaos of the city

Excellent location just few km away from train station lines N to Paris (Chaville or Versailles). Hotel room is big enough to allocate a family of 3, the staff was super helpful and the whole structure is simply perfect (breakfast excellent too).

Exceptional

Cleanliness, modernity, friendliness and attention to children. The spacious and comfy hall was an unexpected surprise, as well as the gym/sauna opportunities which we alas could not enjoy due to lack of time. Top breakfast choice.

We requested a family room for an adult + two kids, the sofa bed was not made upon arrival and the blankets under the bed did not quite look like fresh. However, given the kids' size/age we decided we would not need a second bed for one night only and did not dare ask the staff (they would have certainly offered help).
