20 minutes uphill from city centre. Walking that is. There are 4 or 5 buses that go past.

Nothing tbh

Staff were excellent, very friendly
On arrival room was very cold. Staff did immediately provide a plug in heat when informed. In the morning, it was not possible to shower as there was virtually no water in the shower. The hand basin, although there was running water, was cold. There were no staff around in the morning to inform (keyboard checkout)

Surprising bonus: there was a sitting room with free fruits, noodles and breakfast products like pancakes, cereals etc.
The room was clean, the bed was comfy .
The location did not seem very safe. The hotel was very noisy bothe from the street but from the neighbor rooms as well.
I found a better and more central room at the same price

The room and all other areas were clean
The room was warm.
Parking - booked the property as it had parking but not enough as the area designated for parking could be used by other properties.
Room - the bed wasn't comfy and was lumpy in places and this had been reported in September by a previous guest.
The TV had no remote and was difficult to operate when one was given to us. It also wasn't pat tested.
There was something on the outside of the roof that banged all through the night that kept us awake.
As we were on the top floor we expected it to be quiet, but there was lots of movement from people passing and the lights kept coming on via sensors.
Guests banging doors at 3.45 am .
No curtains at the window on blinds which didn't block out any light.
The step into the bathroom should have been painted so you could see i in the night
I got stuck in the bathroom as there wasn't a door handle only a small sliding lock.

Have stayed here before. As a single traveller it met all my needs. Superb value for money plus receptionist was so helpful.
All good

We had a triple room, it was at the top of the of the hotel and the stairs were a little steep. The room was lovely, although we had to be careful of the beam along the floor, as you could easily trip over it, especially in the night if you needed the bathroom.
It had a small kitchen area, with a fridge, microwave and kettle. Unfortunately there was no tea or coffee which we thought was strange, but we always come prepared, so had out own with us.
It's about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the city centre. We just got an Uber as we were running late for a concert. We would stay here again
It was quite chilly, and the radiator was off. Once we turned it on, it warmed the room slowly.
There was no tea, coffee or milk provided

Not a lot to like. The property was run down. Many things in our room was malfunctioning. The staff tried to fix our concerns and eventually after an uncomfortable night we were offered another room which was at least functional.
No hot water in our room, the heating did not work, no hairdryer was supplied, no remote for tv was supplied.
4.0 / 10.0
We booked this as a cheap and basic place to stay overnight to attend a concert. For that purpose it was fine, the bed was comfy enough, there was an en suite, it seemed clean enough (though we didn't really spend any time in the room to notice otherwise!)
There was no-one to check us in! Check-in was from 3pm and nobody turned up until 5pm. In the end there were 5 different groups with bookings waiting around outside in the rain all attempting to contact someone from the hotel or booking.com to find out what was going on. Eventually someone turned up 2 hours late to check us in.

Local shops restaurants good if needed and bus service
Good key system
Nice smoking area and hotel is cordoned off by carepark
Room was fine good comfy bed
Tv didn't have a remote so had to bring me one up

Some funny noises from room above but slept well
8.0 / 10.0
Clean room, comfy bed, quiet, reasonable price. Just what we needed.
Shower could have been stronger and warmer for longer, and the drain needs clearing.
8.0 / 10.0
The location, although uphill from the centre is a struggle, especially if you had luggage, was a nice and quiet area, not too far away from the amenities.
The staff we had contact with were friendly and approachable.
The parking was great onsite.
The room was ample size with enough space for the two of us.
Also really clean and fresh.
Bathroom was a ok size for the room, had enough room to move about and not feel claustrophobic.
The towels were nice and clean and fresh.
Plenty wardrobe space too
A push/pull bar or handle on the inside bathroom door would be ideal, as with the condensation and steam from the shower it was hard to grip the lock knob to pull open the door, I struggled slightly.
The hairdryer needs condemed as it blows from the pipe as it's so broken. I went to use it and was on for about 10 seconds and smelt burning. (Room 13)
The mattress was a bit springy and lumpy , roll over to much outwards and your falling off, roll over inwards and your stuck in the middle as it sinks

It looks better inside then outside, it was clean, the triple room was pretty decent, I did get enough sleep and the staff member we eventually saw was friendly
We were waiting for nearly 2 hours in the rain (with other guests) for someone to actually show up to let us into the hotel. I couldn't reach anyone on the number provided and had to phone OYO who also couldn't reach the property, eventually someone got there at 5 and apparently the person who was meant to be working the shift before had quit, I mean I get things like that can happen but you need to communicate to people arriving, if we had have had a message to say we couldn't check in until 5 it wouldn't have been an issue as we could've gone somewhere else in the meantime. Unfortunately someone staying next to me was slamming doors going in and out, and presumably by the fact I heard them throwing up in the communal toilet the next morning he was probably hungover.
Very noisy outside even with the window closed and the area itself is a bit shady, wasn't very confident leaving my car but it was ok in the morning

Arrived early to our early check in just on the off chance we could get in. Room wasn't ready which was absolutely fine. Staff made it priority to have our room done next, made us feel welcome, offered us the lounge area to sit in. Staff were very friendly. Once showed to our room, found the room to be spotless, beds really comfortable. Couldn't fault it.
Private off street parking gave us peace of mind.
Nothing. It was great.

Friendly staff, provisions in the shared kitchen/seating area were good, had a family feel about it. Silence rule after 10pm was good. Felt safe. On site parking was appreciated. Towels were good. Everywhere was clean. Power sockets were plentiful and well positioned.
It was a bit basic but we didn't mind that. Would have liked some hand soap in the bathroom. The shower head fixture didn't hold the shower head in place, and it would have been good to have a soap dish/tray to put soap/shampoo on.

There's honestly not much I can say here. The location was ideal for where I was going during my stay but that's really where it ends.
The place was filthy! Run down, dilapidated and quite possibly in need of demolishing. First impressions of the exterior weren't overly positive but gave it the benefit of the doubt (don't judge a book by its cover and all that). The girl that 'greeted' me at the reception looked and acted like she'd rather have been anywhere else other than there, don't blame her to be honest. After checking me in, she half heartedly directed me to my room which was up an insanely steep flight of stairs, not ideal when carrying a weighty suitcase.
Inside the 'apartment' wasn't much better. I have no idea when this room was last cleaned but judging by the thickness of the dust on top of the mirror, I'd assume around about the time it was first built. Stripped the bed to discover a stained and cigarette burned mattress topper and a dirty, paint stained headboard. Every corner and crevice was dusty and grimy and I genuinely felt a bit uneasy being there.
The shower room was the absolute worst! Never in my years of travelling have I encountered a room so dirty. The walls were mouldy, the shower was full of mould, mildew and limescale and to top it off, I discovered a fermenting, old bar of soap on top of the shower. No idea how long that had sat there but evidently, attention to detail is not paid here at all.
The room reeked of some kind of air freshener that I assume was to mask the aroma of stale life inside this room. Even with all the windows open, which had been done ahead of my arrival, it didn't alleviate this ambience but did lead to the room being absolutely freezing.
It's an absolute disgrace the allow guests to check in to a room displaying such a lack of basic cleanliness, let alone charge for the 'privilege' of staying here.

They kindly upgraded me as there was a room available Great Value for what I paid
There are signs of the property needs a little bit of TLC to maintain a good experience
