Posizione strategica. Stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Colazione modesta ma più che sufficiente. Prezzo molto competitivo per i servizi offerti.
Migliorabile la climatizzazione in camera in quanto non regolabile. Aggiornare le indicazioni per arrivare sul posto, al momento l'indirizzo su booking non ti porta all'entrata della Guest House.

La posizione è eccellente perché si è a soli 10 min da ponte rialto e poco più da piazza San Marco e nonostante ciò la struttura era silenziosa, ciò che lascia a desiderare è pulizia che non è per niente accurata ! Noi avendo la formula b&b avevamo la colazione compresa stesso al ristorante della struttura e la giudico quasi sufficiente perché pur avendo varietà di prodotti dolci e salati la qualità è scadente e come alternativa al latte c'era solo bevanda alla soia o succhi di frutta agli erogatori.
