Beautiful & comfortable stay in the Gastein Valley

Everything was perfect as expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the views from the rooms were stunning, the restaurant was fairly priced for their 3 course menus, and the sauna/relaxation area was very nice.

The blanket was very warm even with the radiator off.

Great hotel for family holiday. Easy parking. Comfortable rooms and great food. Entertainment for kids available.

Walk to village center is about 15 minutes so if you (or the young adults) want to go Apres-ski then this takes away some flexibility. Road to center is quite dark.

My husband and I felt like special guests in exquisitely beautiful surroundings.

Our room had a beautiful view of snow capped mountains and the Bad Gastein Valley. We had freshly picked lettuces for our dinner and kind, friendly staff, including the owner’s family. We were picked up at the train station by Peter, the owner’s son, who also was our bartender in the evening. This a health spa, so try the Radon bath and the small group exercise class. I could hear birds singing all day in this precious spot with opportunity to ride a gondola to the top of nearby mountain for lunch surrounded by rugged Alpine peaks. This is a heavenly spot - a little isolated - so get the half board package and enjoy breakfast and dinner where the healthy menu changes daily.

Nothing, really. I wish my knees had been stronger so that I could have gone hiking. There is inspiration in these beautiful surroundings. Rest and enjoy nature.

here you are in good hands

perfectly located at the foothills of snow packed mountain and you can enjoy the breathtaking views of lush Green valley from balcony. the hotel and staff is ok you have to used to old fashioned service and style. the rest you can explore yourself. it was happy stay for us.

Warm feeling inside and some history of the oldish family run hotel still visible. Thermal pool was great 32°C and sauna was good (by Finnish standards ;) ). Dinner was of good quality and affordable.

The perfect location for a relaxing break, or a base for outdoor activties

Hotel Alplenblick has one of the most amazing views I have experienced in all my travels. My balcony ad a view don the valley that I can only describe as breathtaking. The owners Mother and Daughter were very friendly ad helpful and had a lovely homely feeling about the place. The pool and surrounding gardens were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh mountain air. I could keep on writing good things about this place but would run out of words.

From my limited time there there is very little bad I can say about the place. I guess not having any tea or coffee facility in the room was slightly disappointing and it is a good walk to the nearest shop if you require anything.

Der wunderschöne Aufenthalt wird mir noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben!

Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind: die perfekte Sauberkeit überall und im Zimmer, angenehmer Geruch des Zimmers und der Bettwäsche, ganz liebenswerte Damen im Service und beim Empfang, sehr schöner Pool und natürlich die landschaftliche Umgebung! Zu Fuß ist das 600m entfernte Zentrum über einen Wanderweg mit fantastischer Aussicht erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl!

Kaikki loistavaa ja erityisen puhdasta. Upeat maisemat, hyvä uima-allas ja sauna, hyvä ruoka, ilmainen parkkipaikka pihassa, helppo saavutettavuus myös junalla jne.

Uima-allas voisi olla käytettävissä esim. kl 22 saakka. Kaikki muu info oli englanniksi, mutta ruokalista vain saksaksi.

Bazén velké plus, byl skvělý, čistý, teplý. Pěkna zahrada a posezení kolem bazénu. Klidná lokalita. Personál ochotný.

Snídaně průměrná,z uzenin žádné parky, slanina jen šunka a salam. Ale jinak si vyberete sýry,sladké, ovoce, zelenina. Jinak do centra je to trošku dál, zpět pak do kopce.

Mysigt hotell med en fin frukost. Tänk på att det branta backar att gå från byn och upp till hotellet! Fin pool med stolar. Mysig trädgård. Fin balkong med en underbar utsikt! Hjälpsam personal!
