The cooked breakfast wasn’t great & no shaver plug in the bathroom for my automatic tooth brush to plug in. Also no kettle/tea making facilities in bedroom & no tv in bedroom

Amazing accommodation! Beautiful place, felt like home straight away. The smell of fresh crispy linen, cracking of the fireplace made us feel relaxed and welcome. Delicious breakfast too. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice, comfy, big room. Great host, with nice common areas offering great options for breakfast, cold or cooked (a pity I had to leave early). Very quiet area with lots of parking.
The house itself can be too rustic and hence some parts like the staircase can be a little bit uncomfortable if you have big suitcases, but overall all is well.

This is an exceptional place to stay. The owners are most welcoming, a starter hamper of essential provisions, as well as treats is very thoughtful and certainly above expectations. Such hospitality is above and beyond what is already a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful, dramatic scenery.
I cannot fault this stay in any way.

Ballyhargan is a beautiful old farmhouse that has retained most of its original features and has been lovingly maintained.

Beautiful farmhouse in a lovely rural location. The hosts Sean & Ann were wonderful and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended. Only half an hour from Derry and 50 mins to the coast.

The house was in a lovely countryside location and convenient to get to a lot of AONB areas. Very clean and guests could use have use of the sunroom area. The room was very comfortable and clean and I liked all the traditional touches in the decor. Breakfast was great.

I wanted a quiet place to stay after travelling all day. It was delightful. A lovely old farmhouse in rolling farmland. The hosts were very welcoming and interesting about all sorts of things. I loved the furniture and decorative details in my room, very comfortable but also with the quality of a bygone era.
Nothing. It was exactly what I hoped for.

The hosts were very friendly and attentive. They made you feel that you were friends in their own home. The location was excellent and the views from the sunroom were outstanding. They help us ordering food as we arrived late on our first night. The breakfast was excellent and our dog enjoyed the company of the owners pet.

Both Ann & Sean & (Nip - the dog) were wonderful hosts & property is gorgeous. Fantastic facilities & beautiful location with wonderful views. They were kind enough to give us a USB portable car charger so we could keep our phones charged to utilise maps in the hire car. Thank you both so much

Anne and Sean are very nice people.
It is a pity we had to stay only one night. My daughter enjoyed playing tennis and some board games.
Everything was perfect and we felt like at home: comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, everything is spotless clean, and breakfast was exceptional.
The vintage furniture and other things make the house so special, full of history. Loved every detail.
Thank you.

We loved having the conservatory as a gathering room we could have a cup of tea, sit and talk, watch TV if we wanted, play games or just sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery, there was also a tennis court. We took advantage of this room every day both morning and evening, having tea and enjoying the scenery while talking to each other, we loved looking at the pictures in the snug room, we would have used this room more had it been cold since there is a fireplace in it. The bedrooms were very comfortable and larger than most, with a large bathroom attached. The host were the nicest and most helpful people, we enjoyed talking to them and naps the dog. The breakfast was delicious every day. This was our most enjoyable place of the 2 wk trip, we would highly recommend and love To go back if we ever have the opportunity.
Nothing.
