Set on the foothills of the magnificent Binevenagh mountain (an "area of outstanding natural beauty" and Game of Thrones filming location), this 18th century traditional Irish cottage has been sensitively restored with modern conveniences to provide a cosy and comfortable retreat from the pace of everyday life. Only 4 miles from an award winning, golden sandy beach on the Atlantic ocean. A short drive from world class golf courses, the Giant's Causeway and a short walk to Bellarena train station
Cissy's cottage is an 18th century farm cottage. It has been been restored to keep the character and original pieces can be seen throughout. With gas heating and instant hot water, you can experience peace and tranquility with all the modern conveniences.
Other things to note
Due to the nature of the cottage, the door frames are very low and caution must be taken when entering and exiting to avoid bumping your head.
Cissy's cottage is one of three converted farm buildings and shares outdoor space with The Barn.

We appreciated all the little things provided and Gillian was so helpful in explaining heating etc. We so enjoyed time on this part of the coast , Downhill, Benone, portstewart etc.

Quaint period thatched cottage. Clean with all the mod cons. En suite shower and toilet. Outside seating area with views of Binevenagh. 10 min walk to Bellarena station where trains run regularly. Would definitely like a return visit.

We had a lovely break in the cottage. Very clean and cosy.
Lovely area and close to lovely beaches.
Portrush Portstewart Coleraine and Castlerock very nice.
Spar shop nearby, and close to a train stop.
Overall would recomend
