    Absolutely fantastic.
The host Heather was very friendly walked us around and told us everything about the house and grounds.the gardens are stunning.the woodland walks are so beautiful many plants flowers and trees that Heather planted. we seen a few hares and a glimpse of a fox.The house is stunning with everything you could possibly want .we felt we did not want to leave but to enjoy our few days at the house . The location is ideal, close to Coleraine and just a short drive to the north coast's wonderful beaches. I would recommend spending as much time as possible at the property, it is truly spectacular, extremely spacious and has a lovely homely feel to it.

    Stunning holiday home
A really special house that was a joy to stay in. Visited with family (6 adults and 2 children in total) to celebrate a big birthday and it was perfect. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs which was great - we could be upstairs with the children and not disturb the rest of the family too much when they got up early! The bigger kitchen (upstairs) is fully equipped. We were there during a storm but had such a great time just eating, talking and enjoying the beautiful house. The host Heather is a really lovely lady and was so helpful.
    Can't think of anything negative.

    This cottage has great potential!
The location of the cottage was really good, it wasn't in the heart of the action which meant it was quiet but was close enough to make it easy to get out and about to beaches and shops etc. The kitchen is really lovely - clearly been recently refurbished, most definitely the best room in the cottage. The grounds and walking trails were amazing, we loved exploring the area and the kids had a ball investigating the woods.
Unfortunately I would say the cleanliness in the cottage was a little disappointing, there were a lot of flies and some areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned that well. The bathrooms had some mold and dirt and they, along with the bedrooms and living room, were a little tired and worn and the whole place had quite an old/musty odour to it, we had to go and buy some air fresheners. The main bedroom with the ensuite bathroom was very cold, and given it is summer time I would worry about what it would be like in the winter time. The difference between the kitchen and the rest of the cottage was quite big, if the rest of the cottage was updated to the same standard as the kitchen they would have a little gem on their hands! The outside space around the cottage itself was a bit overgrown and wasn't that attractive due to weeds etc. Overall our stay was enjoyable, the cottage itself could do with some work but the area and the grounds are really beautiful!
