Enniskillen Watersedge Apartments

The layout of apartment and the amazing views easy access to get into town. If possilble two bedrooms could have had double beds in them.

The sinks everytime you filled them with water it drained out. The beds could be more comfotable . It would have been bettee for a double bed in the ensuite toom than two single beds put together as you cuddle in with your spouse you feel the ridge of the other single .i had to get eqipment from your maintence staff so we could clean.a suggestion thick mats to step out on from shower. I did'nt like that there was no recycling for swan house but was for the other apartments.

Lovely apartment with lots of space. Very clean and well equipped in a great location.

I didn’t find the bed comfortable, but that’s a very personal issue related to a back injury. There were a couple of minor issues but staff responded quickly to rectify them.

The property is central and spacious with lovley veiws, however

The beds are awful! Paper thin mattresses that give way under any amount of weight and are.like basically sleeping on the base. Springs in sofa were broken making it uncomfortable to use over half of it. The outside area was dirty, un cared for.and covered in weeds, there is also nowhere to sit on the large patio to enjoy the veiws.. the bedrooms were very dusty and we found rubbish left from previous guests in 1 bedroom invludinf sweet wrappers, crumbs and crisps. The doors are so loud no matter how gentle you try to be and really poorly sound insulated throughout the while building. Staff did do their best to help with the mattress situation and had mattress toppers brought over for our second night, unfortunately with little affect but we appreciated the effort at least. Also, although there is disabled access. Do not book if u have mobility issues or are ambient disabled as the disabled access is a fairly long distance to use the ramp as posted to very steep and slippy steps. Also be warned they ask for a £200 security deposit to be held on a card until house keeping are "happy" with how u left the apartment. Unfortunate as the apartments r spacious and well finished with lovley bathrooms and kitchens and staff were kind and helpful.
