What book again and recommend to friends.

Central location and close to town centre, but nicely located on a lake with great views. Staff in the Waterville Hotel were excellent in dealing with queries re deposit payment.

Comfortable overnight stay , the apartment would have been a bit bare if we had been staying longer.

The position was lovely and easy to find. 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and plenty of room.

Sort of glasses and mugs. Could have used dish cloths, more drying cloths and coffee table or side tables in lounge.

Great location, walking distance into Enniskillen and easy to get to surrounding attractions by car. Apartment was very spacious and clean, had everything we needed.

Unpleasant stay

Arrived at apartment to find broken glass on coffee table and all over floor. We had a 2 year old boy with us, thankfully it me that ended up with glass in my hand not my 2 year old. On arrival, we were greeted with an industrial humidifier in the bottom room and left on. We rang to ask why this was on and maintenance was sent to turn it off. Not good enough, appartment advertised as a penthouse appartment!! Moved a bed and found someone else's noodles. Sleeping in the front room was loud, and all you could hear was car noises and parties from other apartments. Not a very pleasant experience. Will not be booking again!!

Very spacious apartment for 4 people and high standard of cleanliness. Also great to have the balcony space and outside view. The location was perfect for the purpose off our visit as within easy driving distance to the village Blacklion for dinner at McNean House/Restaurant. Perfect 17 minute drive.

I was well pleased with the location, the right side of town for the sightseeing we’d planned.

Location was great for the sightseeing trips we had planned. It was handy to the local chip shop, which we used for our tea. Plenty of parking spaces.

The TV was old, a smart tv would have been nice. I felt the apartment was a bit dated.

Nice apartments in need of a refresh

Location, space, light, cleanliness.

We've stayed here several times before for a regular family event and other groups from our family usually rent apartments here at the same time, This particular apartment was very disappointing - we paid extra for a lake view room and the lake was obscured by trees and only visible by craning your neck or going onto the balcony which doesn't have chairs. And the traffic noise was intolerable - it ruined our sleep. Three light bulbs needed replacing in lamps and our kitchen has a washer but no washer dryer like some of our relatives in a cheaper room had. The main blind in the sitting room had a missing closing mechanism, which meant you had to leave it open at night in full view of the apartment block opposite. Also it was pointless using the dishwasher as with only four settings of cups, plates etc it meant you had to wash them by hand to have clean ones available. Most rental apartments these days have coffee machines but this didn't even have a cafetiere or any way of making coffee fresh. They're nice apartments of a reasonably high standard but it really does feel.lile they're in need of a refresh.

Smoke alarm disruption in a beautiful apartment

Lovely spacious apartment. Good location. Clean and modern

Arrived to fire alarm cheeping about every 30 seconds. Staff came quickly to reset. Began cheeping again at 4.30am so very little sleep. Disappointing for such a lovely apartment but spoiled the night away.

Roomy and airy. Great view. Close to town, once we had figured out the traffic diversion due to a road closure.

Saucepans and frying pan were not in great condition. The frying pan still had something stuck to it. Tomato ketchup spilt on the table from the last person staying

Location was great apart from road works gridlocking from getting in& out of the town. Accommodation was great apart from Beds&pillows were hard.

Penthouse apartment

A very large apartment with plenty of room for everyone. Close enough to town.

Single beds were very uncomfortable and could feel springs through every one of them, mattresses really need to be replaced . Also the shower in the main bathroom could not be used as the water wouldn't drain away and it was all clogged up, this left us with only one shower. Would also be useful to have some condiments salt, pepper.

There wasn’t even handwash in the bathrooms , not even a tea bag ! Normally as a min you have soap to wash your hands and a couple of tea bags !!

It’s an excellent location but if I were to stay again I wouldn’t want a ground floor apartment.

Had a call the day before to confirm reservation followed by an email with instructions that were easy to follow. Lock box worked fine and we were able to get into apartment easily.

The apartment smelled of smoke or damp it was hard to tell which. It was ground floor with no view and looked out onto the steps which accessed the apartment building. The blinds on the window were broken and wouldn’t close. So anyone walking down the steps was looking straight in the window. The headboard on the bed didn’t fit properly and the leather sofas were tired and had seen better days.

The cooking utensils were awful,the pan is a danger,had to go to store to buy a new frying pan and also an egg turner as there was none,sauspans poor and no lids fitting . The cups and plates and glasses were fine. The appartment was great

A family celebration weekend in Watersedge Apartment s

Big spacious apartments 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 2 dogs . Bedrooms big and spacious especially the main bedroom with ensuite another separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet...I was there with my husband my daughter her husband and two teenage grand sons and 2 dogs plenty of room for everyone...great big kitchen with everything you needed to cook also a dishwasher and a washing machine and a beautiful view of the lough

We had a large spillage and there wasn't a mop to clean it up we had had to use kitchen paper to mop it up ...The floor got pity grubby with the dogs and would have preferred to have a mop on had to give it a clean ..I did ring and ask for a mop and bucket but got an email to say the cleaner would call the next day to clean the spillage ...I thought this strange as I could mop the spillage myself ???....apartments need a mop and bucket....please The dish washer wasn't great either ....if you put the large plates into it they were too big!! They would stop the water spinner in the dishwasher so I wasn't washing properly..It was OK for smaller items like cups glasses bowls and knives forks ect...we hand washed the big plates ourselves

We had a toddler with us and it’s Not pram or wheelchair friendly as the main door was down a flight of stairs from the carpark. It gave student accommodation vibes The mattress was like sleeping on bare springs. Honestly worst night sleep I ever had. I broke my ribs last month and I was in so much pain after laying on these mattress (both the main bedroom and second bedroom were the same). Also sounded like plastic bags rustling when tossing over. I think mattress topper would be beneficial
