Excellent location for visiting Derry and Donegal. Easy access to Inishowen Peninsula and very handy for the bus into Derry City. The house was spacious and very quiet and peaceful with plenty parking. There are plenty shops within a few minutes drive to stock up with groceries and The Magnet Bar is in walking distance for meals and drinks,we particularly enjoyed the Thursday steak night deal. The house has a Smart TV which is ideal for watching streaming services. We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils,crockery to cleaning materials and towels, the house lacks for nothing. We enjoyed the large bright kitchen. The hosts left a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated, especially the wine. We were organised for the weekly bin uplift but someone kindly saw to that for us. Neighbourhood is very quiet,the house is set in a nice cul-de-sac and there are nice walks and country park nearby.

The house could maybe do with a minor refresh and some brighter lamps,it was difficult to read anywhere outwith the kitchen. The bathrooms need an upgrade,loose seats and showers are a bit dated. New towels and pillows could add some freshness. Minor changes would really elevate the property.

Lovely, peaceful, private location brilliant base for exploring city & NI north coast + Donegal, fantastic facilities, enclosed large rear garden brilliant for kids, shops & bar/restaurant nearby.

Master Bedroom mattresses too soft/expired.
