Really nice hotel! But be careful about the location if you rely on public transportation.

The location. It is not close to Sirmione old town or any other major attraction around the lake. If you don't drive, you have to take bus to get to anywhere. And the bus runs one per hour at best, and is not always on time.

The property was in a great location with beautiful Lake Garda opposite. Convenient for supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc. A bike path, bus route will take you into the old town of Sirmione, or an easy, direct 10 minute car journey. The buses are frequent and reliable, plus the hotel offers you free bikes, which is a great bonus. The hotel is spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. Plus snacks, water/juice is provided, which is a lovely touch. Staff are pleasant and friendly. We couldn’t fault this place. Highly recommended. I surprised it’s only 1 Star!

The room is big, well managed, comfortable and very clean. The hotel definetely deserves more stars! The location is good to explore Sirmione and it’s close to Gardaland 😁 It’s good to have a free parking with roof.

Great place with free bicycles

Nice place with friendly staff and reasonable prices. We got a very nice room a much cheaper price than in Sirmione peninsula. But it was super easy and satisfying to go to the castle area by free bikes (very good!) provided by the hotel. We also went by bicycle to Peschiera del Garda (a bit longer and less comfortable road). A supermarket and bus stop are nearby. Nice, cheap, and tasty cafe on the first floor. There is also a more expensive cafe nearby with the seats by the lake and delicious coffee-based cocktails (Italy is amazing for this!). All the interactions with the stuff were nice!

It is not in a few-minutes walk from the castle, but this is obvious and results in 4 times cheaper costs for you.

parking ample; safe, amenities fir comfort, bar on ground floor for an Italian breakfast, enough away from Sirmione with less hassle of crowds. the only thing that was a problem is that we couldn’t find it because the sign was small and set back from the road but not a distraction for an excellent hotel.

Hotel with view for value price

The location was terrific. We had a view of Lake Garda, but were outside of the busy tourist area. Restaurants within walking distance, including one nextdoor. We had a lovely room on the second floor with a patio on the side with a view of the lake where we enjoyed our breakfast. Parking was free behind the building, off the street.

No elevator, but none expected.

It's a very nice and clean hotel. Close to the lake Garda and close to the Sirmione. Room is cleaned daily.

The only disadvantege was two separate mattresses instead of one big mattress.

Good location, clean, spacious, cute balcony and nice shower. Oh and the Venetian stutters were fantastic for black out. Aircon was really effective with an easy to use remote. Room service was on point. Easy check in and check out.

The bed was bit soft/bouncy for my liking and the the bedside shelves a bit too close to the bed (hit my hand on the sharp corner a couple of times on the first night)

Charming, attentive and helpful welcome from Patrizia, who clearly does not count her hours. Spotless bedroom and bathroom with a lovely touch everywhere. The kindness is obvious. Tea/coffee making facilities and snack options hugely appreciated. Excellent location for restaurant and lake (nice to get a glimpse of it from balcony). Excellent parking facility.

Great place to stay. Restaurants, groceries and a great coffee house are in walking distance.

We arrived later than planned due to an accident on the motorway. I messaged to the property and they were absolutely helpful. Our room was great and we had a balcony with a fantastic view to the road and the lake. Room had everything we needed for a one night stay. We have found an absolutely lovely coffee house - Caffetteria Pasticeria La Fenice which is about 5-8 mins walking from the hotel. It is located literally on the lake side with full view to the lake. We had our breakfast there. Hotel and cafe are highly recommended.
