Friendly staff and very clean room, good location, nice terrace. Private parking was also very handy.
Be careful with paying by booking up front - we were asked to pay at the property too, so we got double charged and now dealing with refund situation with booking.com

It was located at a perfect spot, it was clean, modern. A/C worked perfectly on the warm days. Not a single issue. Booked parking and spot was always available for us.
