Nice hostel

The location is super nice close to the center and easy to get from the train station. The old city is quite close walking which is convinient. The room was spacious and bed were ok. The breakfast is good and variety to choose

Cheap, central and great breakfast.

Professional hostel: big rooms but 2 beds with bed on top and 2 without.Configuration that I saw in Warsaw.I don’t appreciated because it’s very close also you choose your bed so be early. The breakfast is impressive the best I ever had in a hostel and better than a lot of hotels.

Perfect!

It was very modern and had various facilities. The breakfast was delicious! The location is also close to the centre.

It was unexpectedly hot in Brussels and we would have loved to have had air conditioning in our room, but it seems that the lack of AC is common for Belgium as there is none is restaurants, bars, etc.

Everytime someone opens the door it is quite loud and if you have a light sleep, it is not the place to be. The rest was ok. The location is thr best!

A hostel with no color

The location is very good and central, even though not in the most beautiful part of the city. Surroundings are fine, and the price is affordable. Staff is friendly enough.

While I was expecting simplicity in a hostel, what I found was below any other hostel experience I had. The building itself is extremely bleak: everything is grey, rooms are scarcely decorated, there is very little greenery and in general the impression is that there is no effort at all in making your stay pleasant. Breakfast is included, but very limited and of standard quality.

Location was perfect, the staff very helpful and friendly, good organized, handy luggage lockers for before and after check in time. Breakfast included.

Bedrooms look loke a jail,not even a bedside table,a towel ,glass or soap. Matress are so thin that you can feel the hard bed base.

Hand soap should be provided for free

Great location, friendly staff. Neighbors were loud around 23.00. When I asked the reception staff to intervene, they immediately went to the room and told them making noise so late was not allowed.

The hostel should provide free hand soap in the toilets, especially just after a pandemic... I'm afraid many guests don't wash their hands with soap and after that touch everything, go to the breakfast buffet etc... The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. The building has a lot of bare concrete, making for example the hallways quite noisy.

The one night stand when you have no other options

-Communal areas were fairly lively although seemed to be largely occupied by big groups -Rooms were fairly spacious -Breakfast had a decent variety and was definitely good value for money -Hostel is in a great location, super central -Staff were overall friendly and accomodating

-Rooms weren't super clean -Toilet door handle in my rooms was broken, meaning that if you closed the toilet door you would be stuck in there until someone found you or you had to keep the door open while using the toilet -Lockers in bedroom are coin operated similar to museum lockers, make sure you carry some 1 Euro coins. -No soap/soap dispenser in bathroom or toilet -Bed sheets/linen do not include a duvet cover. This is the first hostel in the last 20 hostels I've been in where I felt the need to sleep in my sleeping bag liner as opposed to directly on the bedsheets themselves. -Too bunk beds do not have access to a socket, had to rely on my power bank over -Wifi did not work for the whole day I was there, although it did work the next morning

The staff was very generous! They agreed to change my dorm after I complained about my roommate snoring (nor earplugs nor sound from my headphones could beat that). Rooms are comfortable

Toilets are rather smelly. All doors are loud when closed. Some repairs are needed - a door to my dorm wouldn't close untill pushed really hard

The location is great and the staff was very friendly and nice :) it was a short stay during festival but for the price was ok :)

it would be better if the aircondition was working because it was very hot in summer :D I recommend a new shower head :)
