Good accommodation close to the centre

The place was nice and clean. The staff was great and was of help each time we needed anything. They served a very good breakfast which was very satisfying. The room given was very big and spacious. The location, although was not very central, but with just some walking, you would easily arrive at the heart of Florence. Overall, all was OK and I fully recommend.

The only negative thing that I have to say is that although the room was very big, it lacked slightly some essential furniture which one would normally expect to have in a hotel room such as bed side tables with lamps and some proper bathroom furniture.

Affordable

We liked that we could check in early and the size of the room that could accommodate all of us and the air conditioning. It was also within our budget.The staff both reception and cleaning were really friendly.

There were old style plugs that didn't fit any of our adapters but when we spoke to reception they loaned us one. Breakfast was a bit basic and odd...only hot items were sliced hot dogs.

Convenient location. Decent breakfast. Good price. We managed to leave our luggage for the afternoon after we checked out. They lended us cutlery…very kind and not pretentious. We could park the car on the street just by paying on the street parking machine

Safe and very budget but hotel really needs a refurb.

Staff. Location. 24 hour desk. Bed sheets very clean. And room service replaced towels and made bed.

Whole hotel is very tired. Draws were broken. Toilet seat was broken. Bed was broken (slats missing) hole around tap in shower. Hot water but we didn't know you have to leave shower on for hot water for several minutes. So on first day had a cold shower. Outside area very dirty and lots of cigarettes left on floor. Fake grass- because of rain was a trip hazard. Breakfast very cheap food. Nearby bakery/cafe was inexpensive and amazing. So we paid for breakfast twice. Parking meter wasn't working properly on the road and hotel did not know how to help.

Short stay in florence

Hotel is located on the other side of Arno. Nice position close by to a summer cinema. The area is full of restaurants but at the same time very quiet. The room was big with a/c. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was rich.

Room was big enough, clean bathroom. Location is nice, 15-20 minutes by walk to all attractions, 5 minutes walk to tram that takes you to the bus station. Staff was the best ever, they were so helpful, informative and communicative. Whatever we asked for they helped us. We also left our luggage at check out and came in the evening to take them before our trip. If we ever come back to Florence we will stay here again!

We couldn't use the two small lamps next to bed because there were no charging places near by.

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed!

I can’t think of one thing that I liked about this property!

Bed linens old and cheap. I think that curtains were used as bed covers. The mattresses are so old and thin it feels like you’re sleeping on the floor. The bed has two twin mattresses pushed together so you fall in the crack. The bed is also very low for tall people. I didn’t sleep through one night! The bathroom shower is very small and there is nowhere to set anything in the shower. The water is Luke warm at night. There is mold in the shower. We got stuck in the bathroom because the door needs repair and wouldn’t open from the inside. My husband had to bust me out! They advertise a bar, but will only sell you shots! The night manager doesn’t like to be bothered most of the time. Not very pleasant! This place was our last resort!

Great short stay in Florence

For a short stay, this place is great! The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. Our room was cleaned and given fresh bedding after the first night. We had a private bathroom and the hotel was generally quiet. A small continental breakfast was provided every morning and the WiFi generally worked. For expensive Florence, this was a good deal!😊

It's far from the town or the train station, but there are tram stops in the area. The breakfast was a simple continental but not great for a vegan or others with dietary requirements. Staff said that they usually had a laundry service but it wasn't operating during our stay. These issues weren't too inconvenient for us as our stay was so short.

The staff was very helpful and even got up at 6am every morning for us to get us hot water for the babies bottle. The room was a decent side, quite basic but you would expect that with it being one of the cheaper options in Florence. It is about a 25-30 minute walk to the main areas. Rooms were clean.

The breakfast only started at 8:30. I've been in Italy for 3 weeks now and the latest I've ever had breakfast open is 7:30 so being an early bird I found myself waiting around for breakfast every day and it really cut in to my days in Florence. The plug sockets was falling off in the room also.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good but always the same if there is line it can be easily finish.you should wait the staff to fill it there.

The room was in ground floor.no windows ,toilet was broken. was not possible to sit there. ect.there was not tap cover in the wc. It was a big hole.you can easy drop your ring or something small stuff in side and no possibility to get it from there. Bed was awful 😂 it was not bed just a something from the stone😂we booked as a double bed it was not

The room looks like a basement, the bed is uncomfortable , the bath was not clean, the sink took a long time to the water go down and the shower area was moldy

Room was well equipped, bathroom reasonably clean. You can quickly get to the city centre

Public toilet in the hotel is an imposition! There were arm irons in bed. Hotel towels were stained. Staff sometimes could not speak English. Breakfast for one to two days ok. You had to ask for butter, juice was not juice. Coffee machine inside very dirty
