It's near everything you can walk to the supermarket and parks. The house was really cute ..

They provided two fans but it wasn't enough..the bathroom needs ventilation or a window..

A lovely house in a lovely village

Lovely clean and quiet house. Well situated in beautiful quiet village between Poitiers and Tours. Quiet cul de sac. Would be a lovely place to stay for a while. We used it for a one night stay as we travelled through France from San Sebastián to Calais.

Better shower rather than a small bath. Only one toilet located downstairs- a house this size would benefit from another toilet upstairs

We spent here several days with family, the house was spacious and comfortable. Everything was new and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We couldn´t use the garden because of the weather but it would be great for barbecue in summer.

The only thing we missed was a coat-stand and some coat hangers.

Por poner alguna pega, no hay armarios para guardar la ropa, nosotros estuvimos una noche, por lo que no era necesario, pero si hubiera sido una estancia más larga este punto es algo a mejorar.

Une situation agréable pour une maison mal entretenue.

La situation idéale pour se rendre au futuroscope.

- Les draps ne sont pas fournis. Et si option, il faut régler en espèces directement à une personne qu’on ne voit pas. - Le logement n’était vraiment pas propre en arrivant. Nous avons du faire le nettoyage. Alors que celui-ci est facturé 60€ aussi en espèces. - Des traces de moisissures dans la chambre. - Une prise sortie du radiateur en sortant de la douche - une douche qui ne coule pas et complètement délabrée. - Un distributeur de savon dans une bouteille en verre au bord de la douche. Pas top avec des enfants. - Les sanitaires n’évacuent pas, il faut tirer la chasses à plusieurs reprises.

⸻ Na ons verblijf van één nacht ontvingen wij van de eigenaar een bericht dat wij het huis niet netjes zouden hebben achtergelaten en dat wij hem zo snel mogelijk moesten contacteren. Volgens hem waren wij zelfs verplicht om de bedden opnieuw op te maken voor de volgende gasten. Hij stuurde ons foto’s van lakens die eenvoudigweg van het bed waren gehaald. In heel mijn leven heb ik echter nog nooit meegemaakt dat klanten zelf de kamers moesten klaarzetten voor volgende gasten. Het is naar mijn mening de verantwoordelijkheid van de eigenaar of de schoonmaakdienst om het verblijf in orde te brengen voor de volgende huurders. Daarnaast was er ook een ernstig hygiëneprobleem. Bij aankomst, direct na het openen van de deur, zagen wij een muis rondlopen in de salon. Nadat ik dit meldde, gaf de eigenares aan dat wij de eersten waren die dit ondervonden. Bovendien hebben wij ook muizenkeutels aangetroffen onder de bank

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour.

Bel emplacement, quartier résidentiel et calme. Beau jardin, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Possibilité de parking, barbecue. Chambres spacieuses, toilette propre.

Mettre les rideaux serait un plus, pour les chambres. Question de préserver l'intimité. Mettre des chiffons ou toute autre chose qui pourrait faciliter le nettoyage après un bain ou une douche Attention aux personnes ayant plus 1,80m, possibilité de se cogner la tête à certains endroits comme la descente des escaliers. II serait peut-être important de peindre ces endroits avec une autre couleur pour signaler le danger.

L’emplacement géographique La modernité du logement

- le manque de matériel de cuisine (pas de marmite, pas de saladier), essoreuse fêlée et coule, les couverts se déboîtent. De plus, la porte latérale ne s’ouvre pas et il faisait chaud dans la pièce. Pas de crochets pour les essuie-mains et seulement 2 ventilateurs pour 3 chambres alors qu’il faisait chaud; nous avons du en faire la demande et avons eu un 3e ventilateur le lendemain par la femme de ménage qui elle, était très sympathique et accueillante J’ai dû demander plusieurs fois par message que l’on m’appelle et lorsque j’appelais, Alexandra ne me répondait pas sous prétexte d’être importunée par les centres d’appel; ce qui est peu commercial.. Toilettes défectueuses, ne tirent pas correctement. Nous avons été choqués de devoir payer les draps et serviettes de plus par lit, alors que toutes les locations saisonnières que nous avons expérimentées sont pourvues de ces équipements GRATUITEMENT. Enfin, les frais de ménage sont excessifs.

Aucun interlocuteur ,aucun débit dans les WC il faut tirer 3 fois la chasse d eau pour espérer faire partir le papier toilette donc beaucoup de gâchis d eau qui ne correspond pas à mes valeurs ecolo … plafond très bas pour aller à l étage .A 6 personnes pas assez de vaisselle et toutes les portes grincent donc si l un bouge tout le monde est réveillé !
