Reasonable studio apartment

Nice little studio apartment. Perfect for a night stop. It was in an old building which was unexpected, but inside was all new and modern. Parking outside on the street was easy.

Trains were pretty noisy and ran all night. Further from the centre of town than we expected, a good 15 minute walk.

Too hot in the heat of the summer, (no airco and just a tiny window) wrinkles in the bedsheets that could have been ironed to not give the impression somebody used it before. I did not unserstand where to leave the key after bcs the key box with code at the door did not work anymore

Train noise could be a problem for light sleepers. Drab exterior and steep unrenovated staircase to upper floors contrast with high standard of well modernised interior of apartments. Some milk and more than one black tea bag to complement thoughtfully provided coffee pods and mint tea bags.

Nice change from staying in a hotel

Great location for a night on our way from Spain to the ferry, it made a nice change from staying in a hotel. Huge room with table and chairs and a kitchen area. Comfortable bed, had a good nights sleep. Parked easily opposite the building. A short walk into the town, where there were plenty of shops, bars and eateries, We had a lovely meal in the creperie, and drinks in one of the bars.

Lovely quiet and well maintained and located property. Good value too.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. I had more facilities than usual, it’s more of an apartment containing a fridge, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine and a sink to boot. The bathroom was nice, although considering the size the shower closet was very small, however the shower itself was great with good water pressure and temperature. It only took 5 minutes walk to the town centre, and if you were staying a longer period (I only stayed two nights) there is a supermarket 15 min walk away to gather shopping needs. Free parking is available on the street which is quiet, although there is a junior school opposite which is nice to hear children playing happily, still not noisy though! There is a bar just up the road but I didn’t use it, also a few minutes walk away is a lovely boulangerie, not open on Monday. The railway station is only 5or 6 minutes walk away too.

There was nothing I disliked, stairs don’t worry me but if you were not fully mobile they are quite steep and narrow.

Budget accommodation that delivers a budget experience.

The bed was very comfortable, though we would take our own pillows next time. Cutlery etc was clean and the appliances all worked. Bathroom had a good shower (once we put the door back on the tracks properly). Floors were clean and the quilt had been left out of the cover - good for a hot day.

The parking is a problem, we did find a space mid-evening some 100mtrs away, prior to that we were chancing it on a space. The kitchen sink had no overflow fitted, just a hole in the back, so we had to be really careful. We are never happy if the towels and bedding are not white, it is too difficult to check they are really clean and why do people use fabric softener? It stops towels being absorbent. If they want to make them soft after a wash, pop them in the tumble dryer on cold for 5 minutes! Room reminded one of 'student' accommodation and the skirting board tops needed dusting

Mise à part la douche RAS

La propreté et la fonctionnalité. L’emplacement

Douche défectueuse dès le premier soir donc impossible de se laver, pas de filet d’eau. J’ai appelé le propriétaire, je n’ai jamais eu de retour. Le robinet Pour actionner l’eau s’est déboîté , je l’ai remis en place, ça n’a rien fait. Ça coulait, juste un petit peu plus. Le lendemain, tout fonctionnait comme par magie, très bien.

Hormis l'hygiène du lit, appartement très agréable. Expérience à renouveler si, et seulement si ....

Appartement agréable, clair, fonctionnel, calme (tant qu'il n'y a pas de locataires au dessus), et, malgré une cuisine et une salle d'eau très petites, l'espace est bien utilisé. Très bien situé, à proximité d'un centre commercial, de la gare, et du centre ville.

Propreté douche à revoir. Désastreux pour l'hygiène du lit : les draps n'avaient pas été changés. Avant de nous coucher, avons dû nettoyer les traces des ébats amoureux de nos prédécesseurs. Franchement dégoutant !!! En ce qui concerne la fourniture du linge, un torchon pour la vaisselle serait bien utile. (Bien que cela mériterait beaucoup moins à cause de l'hygiène, seulement 2 points de moins dans la note globale, pour ne pas pénaliser les autres prestations)

Le sèche serviette ne fonctionne pas et la vaisselle est un peu juste. uniquement pour 2 personnes mais pas plus (2 fourchettes, 2 petites cuillères...etc) Pas de sèche cheveux alors que c'est noté sur le descriptif.

Emplacement. Proche du centre/services et 30aine mins du Futuroscope.

-Propreté problématique (tasse qui colle à l'étagère, l'ensemble de la vaisselle, éponge anté-diluvienne, sols qu'il a fallu nettoyer à l'arrivée...) -Équipement global non-adapté à des séjours excédant une nuit (objets qui manquent, objets abîmés... ) -problème de communication des modalités d'arrivée : mail communiquant les instructions d'accès à l'immeuble reçu dans la nuit APRÈS l'arrivée(deux numéros de tel différents pour régler le problème dont 1 ne fonctionnant pas)

Nettoyage non fait

On ne peut pas vous dire car nous n'avons pas pu profiter vu la saleté de l'appartement.

Sur les deux lits double un n'était pas fait et les draps sale, la poubelle non vidé, levier dégueulasse non nettoyé (il y a vait des pattes avec je ne sais quoi) avec un tasse non lavé, le soleil pas balayer, la salle de bain serviette utilisée gel douche et shampooing vide dans la douche ... et pour finir un cendrier non vidé et mégots à terre dans le jardin.

Séjour agréable ,environement calme,et appartement tres conventionnel,je recommande

le calme du quartier,la facilité du stationnement

le bruit des locataires du dessus,ainsi que le fait d'avoir demandé a plusieurs reprises d'avoir une chambre au rdc,visiblement cela n'a pas était respecté,et c'est seulement a 21h00,apres que nous nous soyons péniblement instalé a la chambre qui nous avez était attribué a l'étage,que j'ai reçu un sms,pour me donner un acces a une chambre libre du rdc.... Grrrrrr
