Une place de parking sécurisé. La propreté du logement.
Au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, peut être une difficulté pour certains.

Les gens parlent d'une cuisine inexistante je ne suis pas d'accord. Elle est dans une pièce qui a été bien pensée et au vue de la taille de l'appart je trouve ça ingénieux et bien équipé. Style de l'appart à l'ancienne ce qui le rend charmant. Place dans parking sécurisé ce qui est top. Présence de clim et ventilo très appréciée. Arrivée en autonomie parfaite.
Le bruit des gens dans la rue la nuit quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Manque une serviette quand on arrive à trois. Le lit superposé crosse un peu.

The area was nice and quiet
The property is getting really old, breaking down and smelly, not in the rooms but the access areas. The private parking, I see rats have been all over the car. Temperature was too high for the smal air con unit, could not keep up with cooling down both rooms so poor night sleeping. I should have done more research on this property!
