Worst place I've paid for in Europe..

The parking was good

We were unsure how to enter the building, and after trying the code outside, delivered through a very blurry picture, we tried to call the owner 3-4 times where he declined them all. I then messaged through booking, explaining we struggled to get in. In perfect english he referred to the blurry pictures, instead of explaining. Thanks to geocaching we "solved the puzzle" I can seriously not understand someone can charge those prices for a place like that. It's simply a robbery. It smells, it's placed a few pieces that looks like it's gathered from a fleamarket for you to sit on, sleep in, etc. It's THE most dirty place I've ever rented, including a carved out room from packed sand in Turkey.. I honestly didn't want to touch anything cause it just felt dirty. The shower looks like McGyver had put it together, and if you are bigger than a medium sized human being, you simply wont be able to get into the shower. God forbid you should not like the preset temperature on the heater, cause if you should be crazy enough to adjust the temperature in your "own" apartment, you will be fined 120 euro for "recalibrating" it. When we arrived after eating in the night, he hid behind the curtains downstairs, looking out, and when we noticed, he turned off the light inside and pretended to vanish.. It was almost surreal, from the behaviour of the owner to the apartment itself. I wouldn't stay there again even for free.

Difficult to say. The property was not easy to find. Probably our fault, as the directions were quite explicit. I kept bumping my head on the studio ceiling! Can't really count this as a fault.

Proximité du Futuroscope

Dès l'entrée dans le logement, nous arrivons dans une pièce qui a été déménagée en raison soit d'un dégât des eaux soit d'un haut niveau d'humidité. Donc l'ensemble du mobilier a été regroupé dans la pièce du fond, surchauffée pour éviter l'humidité. La porte coulissante de la salle de bain est impossible à fermer. Pour ouvrir le canapé lit, il faut presque déménager l'ensemble de la pièce. A noter que le logement est situé sous un pont dans une zone humide entre 2 rivières. Logement à la limite de l'insalubre. Ce logement ne devrait pas être loué.

Hébergement proche du Futuroscope

Le logement est bien placé pour visiter le futuroscope. Les instructions pour se rendre dans le logement sont bien détaillées et nous avons des informations claires pour notre séjour. L'hébergement comporte le nécessaire pour dormir, manger... et stationner notre voiture.

Même si cela était écrit dans le descriptif envoyé en avance par nos hôtes, nous n'avions pas vu qu'il n'y avait pas le nécessaire pour se doucher. Nous étions un peu déçus puisqu'il s'agit d'un appartement hôtel. Par ailleurs, je trouve que c'est exagéré de faire payer plus si nous souhaitons partir plus tard ou arriver plus tôt... je préfère qu'on me dise que ce n'est pas possible! Je n'ai pas eu besoin de ce service mais il me semble que c'est la première fois que je vois cela.

Mauvaise experience et decu a ne pas reproduire

Notre séjour dans cet appartement a été très décevant. Dès l’arrivée, nous avons constaté une forte odeur désagréable. Les draps et coussins présentaient des taches et l’un des draps était encore humide, avec une odeur peu agréable, comme s’il n’avait pas séché correctement. L’appartement est très mal insonorisé. Les voisins, gênés par les pleurs de notre enfant, ont frappé violemment contre le mur, ce qui a créé un climat très désagréable et nous a fait sentir en insécurité. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire, mais il n’a pas pu intervenir, car l’occupant était également son client. Finalement, nous avons dû quitter le logement et renoncer à la deuxième nuit prévue. Cet appartement n’est absolument pas adapté aux familles avec enfants. De plus, le nom « Apart Hotel » est trompeur et ne correspond en rien à l’expérience vécue.

Rien, tout était parfait. Juste, si possible, mettre un vrai loquet ds la salle de bain, car l aimant est pas top. Un torchon pour la vaisselle , et le frigo ( pas super propre, mais peut être je suis maniaque) est un peu vieux et ne fait pas beaucoup de froid. Tout cela restent des détails, car les prestations sont super pour ce tarif

Séjour de 2 jours pour passer un week-end au Futuroscope

Un petit studio proche du Futuroscope, très bien aménagé et très propre les hôtes sont très gentils et ils sont à notre disposition pour le moindre souci. Je recommande ce studio pour 3 personnes ! 😉
