emplacement idéal pour se rendre au futuroscope, logement spacieux pour un studio avec équipement et salle de bain de taille convenable, la possibilité d'avoir accés a un espace exterieur en ouvrant la porte (même si inutilisable) est un vrai plus car pas de sensation d'être enfermé.
l'hygiène globale est un point a amélioré car présence de fourmies, de toiles d'arraignée, frigo sale avec gros bloc de glace dans le fraiseur. par ailleurs évier de cuisine et salle de bain propre. il manque a mon sens une pelle car présence de balai, mais rien pour ramasser se balayures et une serpillère (cela peux toujours servir exemple ramasser qq chose de renversé ) attention également aux odeurs de renfermé dans le hall et sur les draps.

Proximité du Futuroscope
Etre réveillé la nuit par les rongeurs qui se baladent dans les murs juste à côté du lit... Le store du velux qui ne peut être fermé car la tringle est cassée. Problème de chasse d'eau qui ne cesse de couler.
