La communication très efficace avec le propriétaire, la propreté et le confort du logement, son emplacement idéal par rapport au Futuroscope, la climatisation, la proximité de commerces et restaurants, la place de parking privative.

El apartamento en sí es muy bonito, acogedor y estaba limpio.
La cama de matrimonio, esta en un altillo abuhardillado y haciendo calor es imposible de dormir allí, un calor insoportable en donde falta el oxígeno, tiene una ventanita, pero si la abres para que entre airecillo, entran bichos. Si quieres toallas y sábanas tiene un coste extra de 20€.
