Getting in was difficult, but once in, it was okay for an overnight stay.

Once in, the property was clean, tidy and had everything needed for an overnight stay.

Arriving at an address with planks of wood covering the front door. It was a building site! The information email explaining how to get in did not say use the side door. Then the code numbers on the email didn't open the door. Sent a message stating the numbers didn't work and could we have assistance - we heard nothing back. I went into a shop opposite and the lady there very kindly left a voice message on the phone number given asking for a response to my messages. I did then receive new door code numbers. Once in, the outer front door would not lock behind us. I was advised "It's okay, there are cameras in the hall". That is not satisfactory. So, update your email with the correct door codes and repair the front door.

Comfortable and inexpensive stay near Châtellerault center

Nicely appointed apartment with lightning fast WiFi, coffee and breakfast snacks, and a very comfortable and warm bed. Due to the building entrance being in the side (off the street), my studio was very quiet at night. Would be glad to return here for a restful night!

One of the burners on the stove didn’t work, but the other worked just fine and it wasn’t a problem.

Le studio bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à proximité des commerces et d'un parking. Tout est impeccable et parfaitement organisé. À mon retour, des travaux de rénovation étaient en cours (désormais terminés) afin de l'améliorer encore. L'hôte était extrêmement attentionné et serviable ! Je le recommande vivement. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

J’ai attendu presque une heure dehors, avant que l’hôte ne m’envoie les instructions pour entrer dans l’appartement. Je l’ai pourtant appelé plusieurs fois et envoyé des SMS. (Il a tout de même fini par les envoyer lorsque mon mari l’a appelé et a été beaucoup plus sympa avec lui qu’avec moi qui suis une femme !) Finalement je n’ai pas pu entrer dans le logement puisque la poignée du logement étais cassée. Je me suis retrouvée dehors à minuit, sans logement. Et l’hôte ne répondait plus aux appels ni aux SMS lorsque je lui ai dit que je n’avais pas accès au logement. Ni professionnel, ni aimable, ni empathique. Il y a plusieurs appartements dans le bâtiment et la porte tout en bas ne ferme pas non plus donc aucune sécurité.

Gerade so gut gegangen

Lage super, sauber und funktional.

Leider haben die Türcodes nicht gestimmt. Rückmeldung auf Nachfrage ist spät gekommen und auch im zweiten Anlauf hat der Code für die Haustür nicht gestimmt. Es ist keine Rückmeldung mehr auf die Nachfrage gekommen. Zum Glück war die Haustür auch nachts offen und der Code für die Wohnungstür hat dann wenigstens gestimmt. Da wir, dank der offenen Haustür, reingekommen sind und ohne Kind gereist sind, konnten wir es mit Humor nehmen. Wenn man allerdings als Familie darauf angewiesen ist, sicher unterzukommen. Ist so etwas ein „no-go!“. Da muss dringend an der Organisation nachgebessert werden.

Déçu du service non respecté

Arrive devant le lieu pas de codes d’entrée ni code pour récupérer le studio.nous n’avons pas bénéficié du lieu pour cette nuit. Nous comptant faire un recours pour un dédommagement. Impossible de contacter par téléphone ni par mail pour récupéré les codes d’entrées au studio st Jacques au 37 faubourg st Jacques chatellerault

Le style et la décoration des studios

1/ réactivité zéro du propriétaire, j attends toujours un retour de sa part sur mes deux derniers messages. 2/ linge de toilette sale et puant l humidité 3/ gros doute sur le linge de lit soit disant propre 4/ les serviettes de toilettes posées sur les toilettes 5/ tuyau qui traine dans la douche sans pommeau 5/ absence de porte à la douche 6/ impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre tellement le quartier est bruyant ( épicerie ouverte jusqu'à très tard la nuit face au logement) 7/ des sacs poubelles qui traînent devant la porte de l immeuble !!! Pas de containers. Aucune instruction à savoir où mettre nos déchets. 8/ Vaiselle pas très propre malgré le ménage facturé (dentifrice sur la glace de SDB). Photos

Verkeerde code doorgekregen en pas na 3 uur kregen we andere code door; toen waren wij al weg.

Locatie was weliswaar dichtbij centrum, maar wat een gribus. We schrokken ons rot. Dan kun je er ook nog niet in vanwege verkeerde code. Na 3 vergeefse pogingen om contact te krijgen met de accommodatie, en een uur in de hitte hebben we via booking.com ander adres moeten regelen voor 2 nachten. Pas na 3 uur kregen we What's Appjes met sorry en heel andere inlogcode. We vinden dat Studios Saint Jacques er goed aan zou doen ons het betaalde bedrag te retourneren, omdat het totaal buiten onze schuld was dat we er niet in konden. Echter, zojuist begrepen we dat we nergens recht op hebben, omdat we niet zijn blijven wachten en via booking.com een andere locatie hebben geregeld.

De communicatie tussen huurder en accommodatie. Zodra huurder bericht inspreekt op het nummer dat zij doorgekregen heeft, en het probleem voorlegt dat ze er niet in kan, dan moet daar snel op gereageerd worden en niet pas drie uur later.

Gute Lage, aber ….

Praktische Lage, ein paar Minuten vom Bahnhof und von der Fußgängerzone, mit Supermarkt, gleich um die Ecke. Einfach aber gut eingerichtet.

Das Studio wäre perfekt für ein paar Tage, wenn nicht dieser fürchterliche moderige Geruch im Badezimmer gewesen wäre.

LE PROPRIÉTAIRE ! Odieux personnage qui n’a pas voulu m’aider pour l’obtention de la clef. Je me suis retrouvée à 20h dans le froid et sans hébergement (j’ai 74 ans). J’ai erré pendant 1h pour me trouver un petit hôtel. C’est un scandale ! Et en plus, il ne m’a même pas remboursé…
