    Terrible experience
    The night of the 16th of October, we booked rooms 419 and 404, and my syster in good stayed in room 419. The first night was horrible because she got no sleep and woke up with bites all over her body. In the morning, she called the front desk and explained that she was covered in bites but she had no idea why. She asked if they could change the bed sheets and they did. She had thought that it would be the solution. The second night the same thing happened. At about 3 am she went to the restroom because my whole body itched even more. She discovered that She had insects all over her pijamas. When she went back to the bed, she saw that there was an incredible amount of insects all over the mattress. She took a picture of an insect and uploaded it to Google and She discovered she had been bitten by bed bugs. Then, she rushed to room 404 to ask my family to help and noticed that there were also bed bugs in that room. At about 5 am we went to the front desk and reported the problem to a young man. She showed him the bites on her body and a big bed bug that we had on a napkin. He still wanted to confirm, and went up to the room and collected evidence to be able to switch our rooms. He was kind and let us switch. We counted 62 bites, and she suffer about that during more than one week. We have evidence in photos and videos of what happened in your hotel. We believe that I deserve at least a refund for what I payed for both of the rooms due to horrible experience we had. We send this information to the hotel, but unfortunatelly nobody answer to us. I hope Booking can help on this case.

    awesome hotel. Would stay there every time I go to San Marcos.
    When I walked in, I asked the clerk if it was a new hotel, and she said no, and I told her my God. It looks so clean and so brand new, so I love that it was spotless.

    Overall good value. Would stay again, but would bring my own pillow.
    The really tall guy was super nice, and quick to bring us an extra blanket on two different requests. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was nice, the temperature in the room was great, most of the food was good at breakfast.
    We arrived soon after 8pm and the pool was already closed. The pillows were too thick and caused neck cramps. At breakfast, there were no eggs left when we arrived. After 20 minutes, still no eggs.

    Clean and well managed.
    Pool was green and so we weren’t able to use it. Breakfast was very poor - food ran out 30 mins before close and wasn’t restocked. Rather not offer inclusive breakfast if you cannot manage to provide it.

    Breakfast was good. room was clean. Staff very nice.
    There was no internet in the room on the 3rd floor. Although it was in the hall and down stairs.
