Terrible experience

The night of the 16th of October, we booked rooms 419 and 404, and my syster in good stayed in room 419. The first night was horrible because she got no sleep and woke up with bites all over her body. In the morning, she called the front desk and explained that she was covered in bites but she had no idea why. She asked if they could change the bed sheets and they did. She had thought that it would be the solution. The second night the same thing happened. At about 3 am she went to the restroom because my whole body itched even more. She discovered that She had insects all over her pijamas. When she went back to the bed, she saw that there was an incredible amount of insects all over the mattress. She took a picture of an insect and uploaded it to Google and She discovered she had been bitten by bed bugs. Then, she rushed to room 404 to ask my family to help and noticed that there were also bed bugs in that room. At about 5 am we went to the front desk and reported the problem to a young man. She showed him the bites on her body and a big bed bug that we had on a napkin. He still wanted to confirm, and went up to the room and collected evidence to be able to switch our rooms. He was kind and let us switch. We counted 62 bites, and she suffer about that during more than one week. We have evidence in photos and videos of what happened in your hotel. We believe that I deserve at least a refund for what I payed for both of the rooms due to horrible experience we had. We send this information to the hotel, but unfortunatelly nobody answer to us. I hope Booking can help on this case.

When I walked in, I asked the clerk if it was a new hotel, and she said no, and I told her my God. It looks so clean and so brand new, so I love that it was spotless.

Overall good value. Would stay again, but would bring my own pillow.

The really tall guy was super nice, and quick to bring us an extra blanket on two different requests. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was nice, the temperature in the room was great, most of the food was good at breakfast.

We arrived soon after 8pm and the pool was already closed. The pillows were too thick and caused neck cramps. At breakfast, there were no eggs left when we arrived. After 20 minutes, still no eggs.

Clean and well managed.

Pool was green and so we weren’t able to use it. Breakfast was very poor - food ran out 30 mins before close and wasn’t restocked. Rather not offer inclusive breakfast if you cannot manage to provide it.

I really liked the size of the room - it was huge and the beds were comfortable. I liked that their were pillow cases with a firm or soft option of pillow inside. As far as the room part of the stay it was great.

I booked a hotel that had a pool and hot tub to enjoy with my kids and we just couldn't imagine getting in the pool. The water was very musty green and not clear and looked in desperate need of a cleaning. The buffet looked good but was only scraps left when we got downstairs - there were a lot of people all eating at once and it seemed like the staff just couldnt keep up - I could tell they were working in the kitchen to try and make more but we left without eating.

I checked in early, but returned from work after hours and the front sliding doors were closed. There were no signs advising to go around the building to enter through the side doors. The front desk personnel was not upfront and I knocked for a few minutes, she initially didn't believe I was a guest. She just stated I needed to go around and pointed outward. I was carrying quite a bit of things and was extremely tired from my workday. If this is the protocol after hours, there needs to be more information posted, like signs directing where we are able to access entrance after hours. I would have had no problem walking around I just didn't know where to go based on her directions. She finally let me in.

It was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was good. I like that it was close to places to eat and shopping centers and didn't have crazy traffic being close to a shopping center.
