The location was good

It was not clean at all, inside the bathroom and outside of the room as well. Very bad maintained and a bad small in the bungalow especially in the bathroom. Room service never showed and when we told the stuff about it, they didn’t really care.

the place might have been lovely when it first opened but now in a state of severe disrepair. running boards very dangerous with holes in them and no side-rail. no sidetable for one side of the bed. breakfast was poor.

This hotel was a disappointment because it was close to nothing interesting and not comfortable.

The only thing that was nice about this location was that the beach was across the street and that it was not a crowded beach. We were not happy about how they did not allow us to get a refund when we left after just one night at the hotel, we booked for 3 and checked out in time for them to re-lease the room.

I did not like this hotel. We had bugs biting us in the room at night, a rooster woke us up super early in the morning, the shower did not stay on and we had to use a plastic bag to get the plunger to hold up the shower control mechanism. The breakfast spread was the least satisfying of any hotel we stayed at in any city in Thailand.

Perfect beach place

The location is perfect, it’s right next to the very beautiful beach, it’s very safe and there is 7 eleven and many restaurants. It’s also very cute hotel, with comfy rooms, its green, pool was clean and awesome to swim and breakfast was great! People are very friendly here! Nothing to complain about, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!

Everything except WiFi was not great, I didn’t have to work but if you have to work then consider that WiFi sucks here

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, just opposite a quiet stretch of beach. It is about a 40 minute drive from Krabi airport so ideal for when we first arrived. Pool was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast excellent, lots of choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Klong Muang is a small town. The hotel is a short walk from the few shops and restaurants. Everybody in Klong Muang was friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, nees improvement of staff and facilities

The location is the best part of this hotel — the beach is literally just a few steps across the street, which is amazing.

However, there are several downsides future guests should know about. The staff struggles with English, and the service is quite slow. Several times we had to wait around 10 minutes at the reception because nobody was there. It often felt like the same employees were doing multiple jobs, from cleaning rooms to looking after the property, which affected the overall service level. The rooms are very old and definitely need renovation. Breakfast is basic, similar to many 2–3 star hotels in Thailand — acceptable, but nothing special. Overall, the location saves the experience, but the hotel itself needs improvements in service and room quality.

Disappointing, had read reviews so bit shocked to find the state of the resort and unhelpful staff.

Location was fabulous.

Desk staff were not friendly or helpful. Asked for a table for the deck, and a friend in another room had a broken curtain. Neither were addressed. Rooms not cleaned for a 5 night stay, toilet roll and extra coffee and sugar left on the chair outside the room. Pool not clean, garden not looked after, decking looked dangerous in parts. There is an urgent need for staff training, this place could be amazing. Only highlight were lovely breakfast/kitchen staff who had to deal with poor quality power outlets with the toaster and coffee power often breaking down.

A skip and Hop from the Beach- friendly staff

The staff were very friendly. Their English was limited and had to get their supervisor on the phone during check in. Literally across the street from the beach. Lovely place and a comfortable room. They clean the resort spotless.

Great value for money

Very happy with our stay overall. It's a bit old but you can tell that a lot of effort is being put into upkeeping the place. Fair pricing and nice staff. Decent breakfast.

Staff is doing their best to help and is super nice, but their English is limited. We didn't feel like that was an issue (we don't speak Thai after all). When needed, we simply used google translate.

Great layout of resort but restless sleep....

Staff friendly and helpful in renting a scooter and printing off boarding passes. Lots of variety in free breakfast. Pool area. Having a porch. Great beach across the road from the resort with very few people who use it.

We did not sleep well due to the very poor quality of mattress( springs jutting out) and being awaken at 5:30 am every day with very loud "chanting" from a nearby mosque. It appears to be a pre-recorded tape. It last for about 5 minutes and then often a shorter version at 6 am. I respect peoples religion and wanting to pray, but it should be a personal choice. Krabi has many Moslems living there, I had no idea...

Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme se tam chodili pouze vyspat to bylo dostatečné. Bazén byl fajn.

Blízko k moři, jen přes silnici. Je to malý resort s příjemnou atmosférou.

Trochu to tam mele z posledního, takže nečekejte žádný luxus, dost věcí se tam tak nějak přirozeně rozpadá. V bungalovu je pouze postel, v matracích už dost tlačí péra a jsou proleželé. Jen jeden noční stolek, to nám dost vadilo. Snídaně hodně jednoduché, popravdě na nabídku thajského jídla k snídani jsme neměli odvahu ani jednou :-) Na terásce dvě židle a stolek, ze kterého jsme si udělali druhý noční stolek.

Poolanlage und Terrasse. Es wurden sogar komplett neue Tische überall während unseres Aufenthaltes hingestellt. Und jedes Personal war unfassbar Kinder freundlich.

Strand wunderschön, nur teils sehr dreckig da freier Strandanschnitt. Thema Zimmer, wir haben zwar eine Nachricht erhalten, dass sich die Tür vom Bad gerade in Reparatur befindet und uns einen Schal als Entschuldigung da gelassen, aber das Bad gehört komplett Neu gemacht. Starker Schimmel, ausgeschlagene und hingemörtelte Fließen. Kann man drüber hinweg sehen wenn man kein Kleinkind dabei hat und das einfach gefährlich ist. Frühstück ok. Was noch nicht so fein war, dass Kreditkartengebühren beanschlagt wurden. Warum wird nicht einfach abgebucht?!

Noční život, jídlo na ulici, to tady nenajdete. Ale pokud hledáte klidné místo s krásnými západy slunce, je tady fajn.

Po roce jsme se se vraceli protože jsme tu byli spokojení a moc se nám v resortu líbilo. Chatky tak akorát veliké, s terasou a v bujné zeleni. Pěkný bazén a dostačující snídaně. Pláž přes silnici, masáže, 7/11, půjčovna skútrů a restaurace v docházkové vzdálenosti. Není to centrum, takže je tu klid. Na recepci ochotně zajistí taxi, nebo výlet lodí. Za nás velká spokojenost.

Creo que tiene mucho potencial pero falta cuidar los detalles. La habitación es anticuada. La nevera apenas enfriaba y estaba sucia y amarillenta. De las tuberías del baño subía un olor horrible. La mesa de la terraza estaba sucia, de no haberla limpiado hace tiempo. El personal nadie habla inglés fluido, es difícil comunicarse. La primera noche tuvimos una indigestión (no por culpa del hotel) y a primera hora de la mañana pedí cambiar las sábanas, tardaron horas en hacerlo. Una vez, si cuidan los detalles tendría un resort con muy buen potencial.

Rien, sale, aucun service, petit déjeuner plus que médiocre, vétusté +++, même la piscine l'eau pas propre, peu de transat autour, groupe de personnes parlant fort, enfants qui sautent dans l'eau. Impossible de se reposer autour de cette minuscule piscine. Pour avoir un peu de repos nous avons du aller passer nos journées dans un autre hôtel pour plus de tranquillité et de confort.

3 étoiles qui ne les vaut pas

Le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes de bain et de toilettes sont changées quotidiennement.. Juste une rue à traverser et la plage est là pour profiter du coucher de soleil.

La vétusté de la salle de bain. Le confort des lits qui sont bien trop dur. Le petit déjeuner: les plats sont froids, manque de variété. La piscine n'est pas suffisamment entretenue, l'eau était belle au début puis complètement trouble 5 jours plus tard et jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour. Pas de table dans les chambres ni sur notre terrasse. Certaines chambres en ont sur leur terrasse. Manque de rangement dans les chambres. Rien pour faire sécher ou accrocher les vêtements. Il n'y a que 2 cintres par personne et aucun porte manteau accroché aux murs. Les rideaux de douches sont sales et usés. La mosquée est juste derrière l'hôtel et les appels quotidiens à la prière commencent à 5h15 et se remettent à 6h00, au lever du soleil puis dans la journée. Le sommeil est donc compliqué. Le son est vraiment très fort, impossible de ne pas l'entendre.

Schönes kleines Resort mit netten Bungalows. Betten sehr bequem. Leider hat es mit dem warmen Wasser nicht immer geklappt. Für die Terasse gab es keinen Tisch. Toller Strand und Meer. Viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Seven Eleven 3 Min zu Fuss entfernt. Nettes Personal. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel in Thailand ok.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas vielfältiger sein.
