Most enjoyable stay. Met all of our needs. Seaview room on the quiet beach overlooking the Andaman Sea with gorgeous sunsets, delicious breakfasts, variety of restaurants nearby, ATMs and 7-11 across the street, tour booking and transfer arrangements, laundry service, and anything else. The friendly, caring owners were like family.

Perfect, chilled beach front stay

It was amazing - by far exceeded my expectations. Lovely spacious room with a huge bed, brilliant location - my patio doors opened right to the beach, staff were super lovely and friendly. Great area to stay in, very peaceful, a few chilled restaurants and beach bars within a few minutes walk, gorgeous sunsets. Nice breakfast, eggs of various sorts to choose from and fruit and yogurt. I really loved my stay here and will come back again.

Wonderful spit to chill and enjoy

Staff was excellent. They were so friendly and attentive. I really appreciated their effort to make our stay as easy and hassle free as possible. Although it’s a bit far from Ao Nang and Krabitown, you’re rewarded with super local shops/restaurants, a slower pace, and a real chance to unwind and relax. 7-11 conveniently across the street and local food stalls.

The non deluxe rooms (aka no ocean view) can be slightly claustrophobic since the windows open to the side wall. But it was great for falling asleep. It wasn’t a problem since you’re truly 20m away from the dedicated ocean porch to watch the tides and longboats.

The Place is on a bustling street but the rooms face the ocean and it’s a marvelous view from the balcony. The sound of the waves 🌊 crashing is calming. The street noise gets dimmed after closing the door.

The water pressure in the bathroom could have been a bit better.

Stay away from this place!

I would advise you to stay away from this place! We booked 5 nights, and we didn’t at all get what we wanted. We booked a “deluxe” double room with sea view, and we asked for a double bed at the time of booking. Since there was no reply we sent an additional message, asking for a double bed, not two single ones, still no reply. When we arrived we got told that we will get single beds, since they only have that available… After agreeing that we switch rooms once a double becomes available, we got to our room, and there was no water. They fixed that after two hours, but then the toilet wasn’t working repeadetly. After the third time it didn’t flush we said we will leave, but they insisted on not giving our money back. Also, there was nothing “deluxe” about that room, it is the same as their standard room. There is only one room that they renovated and they use that picture in the deluxe room category. All the other 4 sea facing rooms are the same as their standard room, with worn down furniture, sofa with stains on them, no normal shower (only the thai shower), and a bathroom window that cannot be closed, which was particularly worrying, because we saw giant cockroaches on the street in front of the place.

Subpar hotel

Comfortable bed in our room which was 206 sea view. But my daughter room was a thai bed not so much. The view was great.

Well lets start with the aircon not strong needs to be on all day to cool room.no english channels on tv 56 channels and 54 of them infomercials and shopping channels.no parking place for 2 cars only, and 2 across street in small dirt lot.charged me extra for the seaview room but did not give the breakfast they said they had which is why i booked the room.Only toast,coffee and juice but on booking .com said breakfast buffet.they told me because of covid but that didnt stop them for charging more and give less.would never stay there again And dirty beach and also said they had utube but did not.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always ready to assist with anything, from changing towels to renting a scooter or booking a ferry and teansfer to Phi Phi.breakfast is good.

Even though the guesthouse is on the beach it is not a swimmong beach. You have to either rent a scooter or pay for a taxi to get to a swimming beach. The communal area needs some upgrade/repairs. Coffee is just instant coffee. Breakfast is great, but coffee is not. The bathroom is a wetroom like on a yacht. So the toilet is always wet when you have taken shower.

we booked only for one night, cause it was the additional night we stayed in kow kwang beach. They served good breakfast and have comfy beds. It has a good location, with restaurants around and exchange offices around, 7/11 in front and you're at the sea level. Plus from the patio area it's a perfect spot for for sunset.

Quiet Beachside B&B with Lovely Staff

The room was basic yet clean, which was exactly what I wanted. Had a wonderful view of the beach from our balcony as well as the breakfast area, where a few friendly cats lounged. The owners were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was simple but delicious. We leisurely strolled up the shore to several wonderful bars and restaurants. The 7-11 across the street had everything we needed, including first aid and sunblock. There were several options for massages and mani-pedis in walking distance.
