Location quite secluded. Precisely the point and loved it. Room is restful and comfortable. Breakfast could be better. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This was my 5th stay, and I still love the atmosphere as much as before. However, this time I felt that the dinner quality and flavors had dropped a bit, or perhaps the taste was adjusted more toward a Western palate. I’m not entirely sure. Overall, it is still a place I would definitely love to come back to again.

The place and the rooms we stayed at were beautiful and had great views, but unfortunately our stay was not satisfactory due to the low level of service and rudeness from the reception staff to the restaurant staff. Staff politeness and friendliness make or break an experience for me, and in this case it was a bad experience I would not recommend as they lack basics of being polite, and accommodating to guests. They never explain the availability of activities in the hotel (kayak) and around the hotel (boat tours from the hotel), instead we ended up finding out about them while roaming around the hotel ourselves. Even the spa info and details were not shared as reservations are made through the reception. Only demanding check out on time, and expressing no extra time will be given, and reminded of such every time we are at the reception. The dry and rigid attitude while talking with guests is not a good representative of people working the hospitality industry. These attitudes felt extremely targeted as we were Muslim ladies. That is why even though we liked the rooms, I would never come back to stay here.
