We knew what we were opting for, so the climb was not an issue for us. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to get to the hotel. The room was decent, clean, and had the basic amenities except for a dental kit and a hair dryer. The viewpoints are close by, and the view from the restaurant area of this hotel is amazing. TonSai Pierr is some 15 minutes' walk, so everything worked out very well for us. We did not try the breakfast, but they have enough options on the menu.

For the view, the resort will get 9/10, but for the facilities, they are the worst, as the
1. AC not cooling the room during the daytime,
2. Room service is not properly done,
3. No intercom to call the reception, for me I have to come down 112 steps to get any service
4. Requested an extra bed sheet. But didn't get it
5. The staff are not that friendly
6. 1.30 hours before our ferry we requested the pier luggage transfer service as they are supposed to provide it for free, but they refused the service as the next transfer will be at 10:30 am. And our ferry is at 10:30 so we have to carry our belongings ourselves at 10:00 am.
7. The hair dryer was not available
8. The safety locker was not working
9. The Wi-Fi and cable TV facilities were not working
10. For the luggage transfer service the bellboy asked for an extra 200 BHT which is supposed to be free
Note: to get to the hotel you need to climb 100 steps of stiff stairs
So if you want to enjoy the view by sacrificing your comfort then you can stay there
